Gianmarco's attention is great, he had some details for our welcome, the apartment is very nice and clean. The location is excellent since you can reach many restaurants, antros area, and public transport passes by. I would definitely hire this place again.

Amazing place! Great location, easily walkable all over great stay! Host is friendly and understanding! Perfectly described in a great area with private beach section and SAFE! Perfect stay would recommend to any friends or family going to Cancun ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Cancun hosted by Gianmarco, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Gianmarco went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Gianmarco's attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home, and his recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were great. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. I can't recommend Gianmarco's apartment enough – it's the perfect choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cancun. Thank you, Gianmarco, for a fantastic experience!

The host was very friendly and responsive. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic, being able to see the ocean with a natural rock formation and beach just below. The positives outweighed the negatives and I think this is still worth a 5 star review. I will note though that the building we stayed in was not very impressive, and there was maintenance going on. The host also placed us in the room next to the one we booked, saying the other one wasn’t ready. The room we stayed in had old furniture and bedding in need of replacement

I can't even begin to describe how fantastic everything was, the place, the location, you see it perfect to the sea, I'll give you more than 5 stars, it's the maximum! it helps you, it's super helpful, on the day we arrived, the transportation that I had hired in Viator, I cancel at the last minute, and Gianmarco will help us and I will solve our pick up at the airport at 12:30 pm at night! I'll wait for us, I'll welcome us, I'll show us the place, he had cold drinks for us! Beers and even a bottle of champange to celebrate the new year! and it was super pending all the time! I can't help you recommend to everyone I know this place and to the host! 😁👏🙏🙌
