The Space
The Private Villa is exclusively yours with no shared pool. SWAR Villa is a newly built 105 m² home offering stunning views of Santa Teresa Beach. It includes two spacious suites, ideal for friends or couples. Each suite features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the living area.
The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill, perfect for enjoying dinners while watching the sunset. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed in every room to ensure your comfort.
Each primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a private ensuite bathroom and extra-large closets. The villa is designed to blend jungle living with ocean views. The kitchen separates the two bedrooms, offering privacy and convenience.

La villa es muy bonita, moderna y limpia. Me gusto mucho que casi todas las paredes sean ventanales que se pueden abrir, por lo que la rotación de aire y iluminación muy buena. La terraza de arriba lo adoreeeee! Un highlight de la Villa. La piscina se ve mas grande en fotos, pero para 4 huéspedes es perfecta. El acceso en efecto es complicado, no fuimos en un 4x4 y logramos subir pero si patino un poco el carro. Gran plus que la villa tenga yoga mats.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SWAR Villa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was incredibly clear right from the time of booking, and Will gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. The area feels very safe and secure, making it ideal for a peaceful family vacation. The villa itself is amazing, the views of the sunset from the balcony are truly exceptional, and the kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. As a quick practical tip for future guests: the road leading up the hill to the villa is not in very good condition, so a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. Our vehicle didn't have 4x4, and with a bit of rain, the climb can get tricky. However, this was just a minor detail in what was otherwise a beautiful and memorable stay. Thank you again to Will for everything. We highly recommend this villa without hesitation!

Will was our concierge, he was awesome. very quick response to questions etc. Loved the place, the views, all the amenities we wanted. Will hooked us up with a side by side and it was there when we arrived. Highly recommend doing an atv or side by side to get up and down the hill. Summary: coming back!!

This stay was one of the best in all of my travels. The host and property manager were fantastic and responsive. They helped to arrange airport transportation and ATV rental dropped off right at the property. If you do stay at the property I highly recommend you arrange the ATV service with them, as it is very useful to navigate up the hill that the property is on as well as getting around town and exploring. The whole experience of booking and staying at this property was fantastic, highly recommended.

El lugar como lo muestra en las fotos, bastante cómodo, limpio, organizado, piscina en muy buenas condiciones sin embargo tuvimos algunas complicaciones. El camino está en malas condiciones, vehículo a menos que sea 4WD para poder subir bien cosa que no indican con la reserva, al llegar estuvimos sin agua porque tenían los filtros sucios. La refrigeradora no funcionaba, estuvimos cerca de perder comida, la tuvieron que reemplazar, también se nos cortó el internet algunas horas los días posteriores. También el último día nos quedamos sin Gas por lo que no podíamos usar la cocina. Fueron varias cosas necesarias que afectaron la estadía también que la comunicación es cruzada con varias personas.

Lugar tal cual como en las fotos , tranquilo pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo lo que se pueda necesitar , la cuesta hasta llegar a la casa se puede en cualquier vehículo solo en época lluviosa podría resultar un poco resbaloso ya que hay una parte de la carretera que no estaba asfaltada ( sobre todo si es tipo suv y a full capacidad) lugar recomendando, atención rápida y muy amigable

I had an excellent time staying at Lories place. The hosts were super helpful giving local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Fortunately I know the area but if this is your first time they are a great recourse for booking anything you need and giving tips. The checkin was easy and the home looked just as beautiful as it does in the photos. The location is perfectly tucked away in the hills so you get that privacy and feeling of being inside nature. It had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were super accommodating to my checkout and any requests I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice private getaway.
