This is the ultimate Penthouse, a short walk to town and even closer to the beach. It's the perfect spot for that Jaco, Costa Rican vacation you've been dreaming about. The pool and view is INCREDIBLE! The space There are 7 bedrooms. One of those is a loft above the main living areas. It has a king bed and private bath. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There is one bedroom with two twin beds and another room with a king bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. At the other end of the penthouse are two bedrooms with king beds that share a giant bathroom. There is a very small room with bunk beds off this bathroom. This condo is Rockstar cool. It is a full two stories and has 30-foot ceilings and is very modern. There is a large kitchen with bar seating for 8. The kitchen has everything you might need. The condo has 12 air conditioners. There is a large televisions with Netflix and other smart tv apps. We have fast internet and seamless WiFi throughout. This is the perfect in-town location. The pool is massive and beautiful. There is three jacuzzi tubs along with one of the largest swimming pools I have ever seen. This penthouse has a balcony that is 80 feet long with views of the Pacific ocean, the mountains and all of Jaco. This property will be the backdrop of a vacation you will never forget Guest access Parking spots for 2 cars always available. On non holidays and slow weeks there is parking for more than 2

El lugar nos encantó, está en una zona muy segura y todo lo que se ve en las fotos es tal cual y mejor, el área de piscina es espectacular, es demasiado cómodo y espacioso Las instalaciones le permiten a uno descansar y disfrutar En un rango de 20 minutos hay playas muy bonitas como Blanca o Mantas (recomendadas) Con respecto a los anfitriones, súper atentos, respondieron ante cualquier consulta y estuvieron pendientes de cualquier necesidad Definitivamente recomendamos a este lugar para familia o amigos para pasarla bien, ya sea descansando o un ride de disfrutando

Love the location view was amazing , building was really clean inside and outside the recreational areas . I personal consider they need to provided more kitchen equipment the stove was really slow or broken not easy to used . Everything else was like they describe it ! Spacious clean and beautiful

Wonderful stay! A co-host Brittney was super super responsive and supportive leading up to our trip in preparation for arrival and during our stay. This location is walkable to the main strip of restaurants/bars/souvenir shops! The pool was also great to have downstairs and the ping pong table leveled up our indoor entertainment.

This was a great place for me and my seven other guest. We still have two extra rooms available and the house is very spacious. It’s located near the strip of JACO. I would definitely recommend checking this out.

We were thoroughly impressed with this property and the management. Brittany was our host and she was absolutely amazing. Constantly available, giving suggestions and booking things for the group. It’s night and day from the last time I was here 5 years ago. Big thankyou to Chadwick and Brittany for making our stay awesome!

Great place. Very safe and secure. Great communication with hosts. Pool is beautiful. Balcony has great views. Huge place plenty of space. Quick and super cheap Uber ride to main strip. Walkable but we chose to be lazy and took lots of very very affordable Ubers. Place was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. All bedrooms had their own safe to lock up your belongings which was very nice. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely stay here next time we visit.

I had a great stay! The host provided excellent service and was very responsive — any questions I had were answered quickly, which made everything super easy and stress-free. The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!!
