The Space

The third bedroom also has a queen bed and terrace access. A third bathroom with a shower is conveniently located across the hall.

The condo is fully furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, appliances, linens, dishes, and a washer/dryer.

La Perla 134 is situated on a peaceful residential hill just one block off the main beach road and only two blocks from Tamarindo Beach. The property enjoys a quiet setting while remaining close to the vibrant town center.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo as a private residence. The pool and gym are shared with other owners and guests of La Perla.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A zero-tolerance policy is enforced regarding loud noise or disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or evidence from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
• The booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on repair costs.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA tax automatically by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled outside of Airbnb.

Additional Notes

For guests traveling with young children, a pack-n-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify us in advance to ensure it is ready upon your arrival.
