Desde la terraza de la piscina, disfrute de la vista al océano Pacífico y escuche a las aves y monos aulladores que habitan los jardines de Casa Tranquila.
El espacio
Este bungalow de dos habitaciones, diseñado por un arquitecto, está completamente equipado para estancias cortas o escapadas de un mes. Es ideal para recién casados, familias con hasta dos niños, así como pequeños grupos de amigos.
La kitchenette cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar sus comidas si así lo desea.
El bungalow dispone de:
- Cama queen cómoda
- Aire acondicionado en todo el espacio
- Sofá cama para dos personas en la sala
- Cama queen en la habitación de invitados
El baño tiene una amplia ducha con paredes de vidrio y una gran ventana que da a los jardines, donde los monos pasan con frecuencia.
Áreas exteriores
Justo afuera de su puerta encontrará una refrescante piscina y una terraza de madera para relajarse, además de varias hamacas.
Sostenibilidad
Casa Tranquila fue diseñada pensando en la sostenibilidad. La propiedad aprovecha las brisas marinas para enfriamiento pasivo, reduciendo la necesidad de aire acondicionado.
Las aguas grises de su bungalow se utilizan para alimentar los árboles y plantas que rodean la propiedad, evitando que se viertan al océano.
Acceso para huéspedes
Los huéspedes pueden usar la piscina y el estacionamiento fuera de la calle.
También contamos con lavandería (lavadora/secadora) en el lugar, con un costo por carga de $20 USD.
Información adicional
La propiedad de Casa Tranquila fue creada para proteger el hábitat de los monos aulladores que transitan por la zona. Es común verlos comiendo flores y papayas en el terreno, y a veces escucharlos caminar sobre el techo.
La propiedad cuenta con tres bungalows:
- El bungalow con vista al mar junto a la piscina
- Su bungalow de dos habitaciones
- La casa del propietario/arquitecto
Todos están separados por árboles antiguos y abundante vegetación colorida, para que sienta que vive en un rincón casi intacto de Tamarindo.

It was amazing to stay in this place. Our group really liked the decor, the nature, the pool, and everything in general was perfect! Well-equipped kitchen. I thought the location was great, very quiet, and I highly recommend it.

Peaceful location just outside the otherwise busy Tamarindo. Perfect spot for our family of three. We made use of the kitchen for breakfasts (shopped at nearby Vindi Market) and enjoyed some time in the pool.

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable bungalow that even has AC for when it gets hot. Lots of animals around the airbnb, like the spider monkeys that were in the trees right outside the door!!! It was a short walk to town/beach where there were plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Also, if you are there on a Thursday, I highly recommend the Night Market :) Hope to visit Tamarindo again soon

Great stay. Clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location is slightly outside the town center, which made it quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, everything was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the tranquility of the swimming pool and the BBQ, as well as the friendly dog Luna! If you like to walk, getting to town is very easy on foot!

Overall, the stay offers good value for the price. The bungalow is quite spacious. It is not perfect and could benefit from some updates and more thorough cleaning, but it’s important to keep in mind that it is a temporary wooden structure. Because of this, you can clearly hear the wind and sometimes animals outside. The location is a bit difficult to find. It took us some time to locate the place, as the country generally does not have very precise addresses. I would recommend not planning to walk everywhere. It is much better to rent a golf cart or a car. The bungalow is located on a fairly steep hill and is a bit far from the center of Tamarindo. Walking to the center takes about 20 minutes and can be quite tiring. The host, José, is wonderful and very responsive. The place was very quiet. During our two-day stay we hardly saw anyone — neither neighbors nor the host. When we arrived, the bungalow was extremely hot and stuffy. We had to turn on all the air conditioners and fans at
