The beach is just a few steps away, providing easy access to the water. Although some seaweed may be present, swimming is welcome, and you might even spot some fish. For added comfort, bringing water shoes is recommended.

The main house occupies the second and third floors of the building and is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. Nestled in the quiet Milton Point neighborhood of the Jose Santos Guardiola area, this location offers a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

• The pool house is located below the main house and has private access.
• Parking and the pool deck are shared spaces between the main house and the pool house.

• The pool house can also be rented separately for smaller groups.

Rental Options

• Pacific Pearl @ Milton Bight: Entire property rental accommodating up to 13 guests, suitable for families or large groups.
• Pool House @ Pacific Pearl: Cozy accommodation for up to 4 guests with views of the pool and beach.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house. The pool deck is a shared area with the pool house below. Direct beach access is available just steps away. Please note the beach is public and open to everyone.

Important Notes

• Booking window is up to one year in advance.
• Electricity and water are privately supplied on the island and can be costly. Please conserve usage by turning off air conditioning when leaving or when doors/windows are open.
• Continuous use of air conditioning may incur additional charges; please inquire for details.
• Power outages can occur unexpectedly, and there is no generator on the property.
• Early check-in or late check-out (outside 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM) may incur an additional fee of $100 or more. Confirm times one day prior to arrival or departure.
• Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.
• This property is not pet-friendly. No pets or service animals are permitted regardless of regulations elsewhere. Violations will result in extra fees. Contact us for pet-friendly alternatives.

Flights & Passport Information

• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates to Honduras.
• Direct flights to Roatan (RTB) are available from the U.S. via American Airlines (Miami & Dallas), United Airlines (Houston & Denver), and Delta Airlines (Atlanta).
