Esta nueva villa (terminada en 2015), con diseño personalizado, ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la bahía, el océano y/o el horizonte de Cancún DESDE CADA HABITACIÓN. La propiedad se encuentra en uno de los puntos más altos de la isla, por lo que le sorprenderán las maravillosas vistas al agua desde cada habitación interior y la vista de toda la isla desde la azotea. ¡Los amaneceres y atardeceres son espectaculares!

Recuerde que se encuentra en una isla de México. No podemos garantizar que no haya interrupciones del servicio de wifi o de electricidad. Son poco frecuentes, pero pueden ocurrir.
El espacio
Esta fabulosa villa está impecablemente limpia y cuenta con un estilo muy moderno. Además de las hermosas vistas de esta casa de lujo con diseño personalizado, disfrutará de muebles cómodos, una decoración mexicana colorida e interesante, techos altos, hermosos pisos de mármol travertino y azulejos, encimeras de granito y una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y techo de ladrillo con cúpula.

La piscina mide aproximadamente 14 x 22 pies. Un tercio de la piscina está diseñado para descansar o chapotear con niños pequeños, con una profundidad de 1 pie, mientras que los otros dos tercios tienen una profundidad aproximada de 4 pies.
Hay un corralito/cuna portátil disponible.
Otros aspectos importantes
La dirección no es correcta, ya que Airbnb no aceptó la dirección correcta; sin embargo, la ubicación en el mapa sí es precisa. Casa Hermosa está justo enfrente de Garrafon Park y todos los taxistas conocen la propiedad.
No traiga perros callejeros a la casa ni los alimente dentro de la propiedad. Desafortunadamente, muchos de los perros callejeros de Isla tienen garrapatas y otras enfermedades.

We loved our stay at Casa Hermosa. The property was exactly as described in the Punta Sur area. It’s a gorgeous property with lots to do nearby and stunning views. We had a wonderful stay and loved every minute we got to spend at this gorgeous property.

A beautiful home, away from the busy North end of the island. It was perfect! A short walk to a couple of great restaurants and a mini mart. The view from the balcony was amazing! I am so happy we picked this home for our vacation stay on the island!!

We had a party of 8. Enjoyed our stay on the Island. Enjoyed lots of good local food places, the beach, and snorkelling. The house was fairly clean but remember you are in Mexico and there standard of cleanliness doesn't seem as high. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Case Hermosa was the perfect home for our group of eight. It is beautiful and exactly as described. The property manager meets you when you arrive and is so nice and very responsive to any issue that may arise. We usually like to watch the sunset from Playa Norte, but the rooftop views from Casa Hermosa are equally amazing to watch the sunset. We loved the location on the southern part of the island. You won’t regret renting this home. We will return for sure!

The house was nicer than the photos. The location was perfect. Right across from Garrafon Park and within walking distance of some good restaurants. Loved being on the Southern area of the island. Private, quiet area. Also, a very accommodating host. Perfect to get around with a golf cart.

We traveled to Isla de mujeres for a family vacation. This property exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean & well-maintained. The bathrooms were huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, & there were mini- split air conditioners in the bedrooms, making for comfortable sleeping. I knew that we weren't supposed to drink the tap, water, so was prepared to buy bottled water while there. But they had a water cooler with filtered water that was provided! That was a happy surprise. The views from the roof were beautiful, & the neighborhood was quiet. There is a restaurant/bar within easy walking distance, along with a beach club that has lounge chairs/umbrellas/ bathrooms/etc, for $7. On our last day, we had been on the beach all day, & came home to no running water in the house. It was 7 pm, & I really didn't think it would be fixed, & we might have to travel home sweaty & sandy. Ugh. I emailed, & within 30 minutes, someone was there & got the water running again. Wow!!
