⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️: The condominium where the apartment is located is NOT on the beach, but the Beach Club is, it is 2km away.

Other things to note 🏢🚫 The apartment is on a second floor and the building does not have an elevator.

😊💵 A cash deposit of $2,000 is requested, much less than the $5,000 that ask for other deposits in Mayan Lakes. It is 100% returned if there is no fines or damages.

🏖️🎟️ To access the clubs, wristbands are required. They cost $500 and include $250 in food and beverages. 8th maximum, please book.

👥👶 Maximum of 6 people allowed + 1 infant under 2 years old. Children older than 2 also count as a person. If more arrives, no access will be allowed. ⚠️Avoid a bad time and do not exceed the limit ⚠️.

🛏️🏠 The single bed room was before the service room, which we adapt to receive one more person.

🧹🧼 For constant use, there may be stains on walls, bedding or furniture that do not come out with conventional cleaning (washing machine, regular cleaning products and methods, etc.). Even so, rest assured that cleaning was done prior to your arrival and we give maintenance and repainted periodically.

😊🍼 We have travel crib available for $149+ VAT per night, subject to availability (almost always there).

🌧️🚫 The pool can be closed without warning for maintenance or rain, although it is rare, it only passes 1 or 2 times a year.

💦👚Washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 5 nights only, you have to request it.

🧂☕💧We do not provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil or water for hygiene and to avoid waste. This is how we take care of the environment and keep prices accessible.

📺🚫 The rooms do not have a television.
