Excellent booking; César responded quickly and was attentive throughout the process; the apartment is perfect for a getaway to Sufea, well equipped, and in a fantastic location!! We'll be back, God willing!!

my brother and i just wanted a cheap spot to stay for 2 nights in iguana so we could surf ponga dropz. this place was available so i snagged it for 2 nights. its litteraly the room attached behind the stop n go surf shop. its private and super convienient. its prob a 5-10 min walk to the wave, be we had rented motorcycles so we drove and it took 2 min A/C was awesome. they also had a 5 gallon clean water despenser which was amazing and the minifridge. the couch bed was cheap but the big bed was great. 🏄♂️🤙🏽

Cesar’s place could be viewed as improperly advertised. Most of the pictures are NOT views from the apartment, but rather Iguana itself. The map’s location is incorrect, the apartment is far from the beach and will require you to rent a motorcycle, bicycle, or golf cart to access it. The place is clean, but there will be bugs. I encountered 2 nicely sized cockroaches during my 2 night stay. Water was lukewarm (most likely user error, but would like to note in case it wasn’t). Overall, it was okay. It does not meet the expectations set by the airbnb ad, but it’s a small apartment in iguana for a competitive price.

We came here for surfing&golf trip. The place is just awesome, exactly like in the photos, with stunning view of lake . We really enjoyed, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Everything clean. Cesar is very helpful and kind person. Definitely we will come back. Thank you a lit for beautiful stay in Hacienda Iguana:)

The GPS point shown does not match the location of the listing at all. There were ants and other insects on the ground.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. People were nice and the location was beautiful. However, the main issue was the lack of cleanliness. The towels were stained, the comforter seemed dirty, the apartment had a musty odor, and there was minimal silverware/plates/pots/pans available for use. The kitchen was old, rusty, and difficult to use, there was no trash can and the doors were outdated. The place needs maintenance. Although the pictures do show the actual apartment, some of the furniture has been replaced, and everything appears to have been heavily used over time.

I stayed at Cesar's place for 7 weeks. This a good value no frills apartment for staying in hacienda Iguana . perfect for a solo traveler or couple that wants to surf colorados. A/c and wifi work well. bottled water is provided. cleaning service was also provided upon request for my extended stay. laundry was also provided for an additional cost. bring a clothes line though because there is no dryer . overall great stay and I would book with Cesar again.
