Baja Sol was an incredible location for a 3 generation family trip. Host was a real professional - proactive, flexible, super friendly and helpful. The property is exactly as described, immaculately clean and well appointed. Pescadero isn’t for everyone, but if you’re committed to staying a little bit off the beaten path, you can do no better than to stay at Baja Sol. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you!

This location was perfect for a get together of a bunch of guys. The highlight was the many beautiful communal spaces. The dining area was perfect for a feast or hang, the pool was delightful, and the firepit was the place to be in the evening. It was great to have so much space for 8 people, we could have easily fit more. Everything seemed luxury to us (towels, ample water, ac, water toys, appliances working well). The host was super helpful and responsive. We really appreciated the easy walk to beach and food spots. Cerritos is great, only downside is a lot of construction noise and surf can be a little tricky. I will for sure book this spot again if we get the chance, and we are so happy we didn't skimp and went for this spacious option.

Wonderful place for a lot of people. Great kitchen and main living area. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of towels, pool toys - decked out to accommodate a large group.

this was our second stay at Baja Sol and we loved it just as much this time. absolutely gorgeous property and the pool and community kitchen/lounge space were perfect for our multifamily group. id recommend this so much. both the owner and local caretaker are great - super responsive. we had multiple nights of chef dinners, including from Chris the care taker, that was fabulous.

Baja Sol is a very nice compound of five individual apartments, and a separate very lovely dining and gathering building, with very well equipped kitchen. Landscaping within the compound is very nicely done, very true to the surroundings of the dry desert coast of Baja California. The vicinity is quite dusty, and streets are rough and unpaved - this is Baja, let there be no misunderstanding. However, even if the area is unpaved, and a little wild, nearby restaurants etc. are quite comfortable. Some within a 1/4 mi. (Tropico 6 Doce - highly recommended), and Azul Cafe is also very good beachfront property - it's perhaps 1/2 mi. away, and there are quite a few others we had not tried yet. The pool is even nicer than expected, and happily has salt water, so fresh water is not wasted in such a water-scarce environmenet. Kids love it! We do not like places that feel like Florida transplanted. - Baja Sol is a very authentic-feeling environment, whille having great privacy

we had the most amazing time here. the property is gorgeous and it was perfect for the 5 families that shared it for a week. Jesse and melodee were so helpful, responsive and kind. the spaces are beautiful and the walk in pool was perfect for the babies to enjoy. the property had everything you could need - tons of pool toys, boogie boards, amazing kitchen, pool towels- everything! we are hoping we can make this an annual trip.

We just spent a week at Baja Sol and loved it! We were 11 people (ranging from 5-82 years old) and it was wonderful for all - a truly special property with tons of space. We spent days boogie boarding on the beach and playing in the amazing pool. We ate at the bars on the beach, the locals’ hangout Shakra (great for kids!), and cooked wonderful meals at home. We went to Todos Santos to explore the cute town, get ice cream and do a nature hike, and a day boating with Baja Adventure Company in La Paz. Truly a wonderful combination of relaxation and adventure in this quieter part of Baja. As long as you’ve done your homework and know that Cerritos is a (very!) dusty surfer community (chill, dirt roads, some nice dogs on the beach, electricity that might go out) with some signs of soon to explode growth, you will love this place. Go before it gets fancy and all the condos ruin it! :-) And if you go, and the price point works for you, Baja Sol is the place to stay!

Our kids and grandkids came down for spring break. Each family had their own suite and we stayed above the garage. Every family took a night to cook including our 21 year old grandsons and the kitchen is huge, two large refrigerators and lots of storage for the food we brought. We barbequed almost every night and even during the day for lunches. This place is so close to Todos Santos with a lot of history and great places to explore. The walk to the beach is fast and there's a great coffee truck down there and a jumpy house for the little guys. We went down both Fridays that we were at Baja Sol for Friday night lights volleyball - what a hoot and great pictures of everyone. The surf at the beach is especially nice for little kiddos because it isn't too aggressive and easy for them to play in. Surf boards and boogie boards are available at the complex too. It is the perfect place for a family gathering or get your friends together and rent the whole complex like we did!
