Air conditioning is available in every room, along with blackout shades for restful nights.

A queen-size sofa bed comfortably accommodates two additional guests. A travel crib can be arranged through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for four, quartz countertops, and attractive open shelving, ready for your culinary needs.

Outside, lounge chairs under ceiling fans provide a comfortable spot to enjoy ocean views. The terrace also features a custom dining table for six, ideal for alfresco meals or afternoon siestas.

Additional Information

• Valet parking is available for a fee ($24 as of January 2024). It is recommended to coordinate and pay in advance with the concierge to avoid delays upon arrival. Service hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Guests staying at Mercado 22 receive complimentary access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club, saving $30 per person, per night. The club offers a gym, pool, daycare, a variety of food and beverages, and more at no extra charge.

Pet Policy

Your dog is welcome at this unit under the following conditions:

• A refundable deposit of $300 is required for potential damages.
• An additional cleaning fee of $50 applies due to extra cleaning after your pet's stay.
• Pets must be pre-approved; dogs should be at least one year old, fully potty trained, and a photo is required.
• Puppies are not allowed.
