Important Details
- Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Intentional or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
- We enforce a strict no-party and no-loud-noise policy. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, or legal action.
- Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their bank separately from Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank and is outside of Airbnb’s control.

Having access to the pool, to the beach and to shops and restaurants at walking distance while having a beautiful view on the bay of Potrero makes this airbnb really enjoyable. Check-in was easy, parking was secure and everything was clean!

BEWARE CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 8AM MON-SAT ON THE UNIT RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I didn't want to penalize the rental for the noise next door but they are literally taking down walls to expand the sliding windows, there are tiles stacked outside the unit to be installed eventually, there are no windows on the unit so any work they do you will hear whether inside your condo or on the balcony. The view is incredible. You can go 150 stair steps and have a private beach. There are several restaurants close by and all of them have amazing food. You are 40 minutes from busy Tamarindo surf town with lots of nightlife and bars if you want more action. 20 minutes from Las Catalinas which is beautiful, and 15-20 minutes from several other beaches. If you are staying in Playa Flamingo you can rent a golf cart to easily maneuver the entire town. We rented a car and drove to all the other beaches and towns which was ++ Conchal is beautiful & you can rent tents/chairs, the current is strong though.

Great place to stay, beautiful ocean views, needs some new kitchen dishes and some board games to play in case you can't go out to the beach do to bad weather, they also had construction in next door condominium and that was noisy. But after all it was good.

The condo was beautiful, the views were outstanding, I could wake up everyday and wind down at day-end admiring the views. The grounds outside could use with a bit more care. There were animal droppings around the pool area on day 1 but they've been cleaned the 2nd time we used the pool. We were told there's work being done to the unit next to us in the same building, we appreciated the heads up but wished we knew about it sooner before it was too late for us to make changes. What we didn't know was there's also construction being done to the building on the other side of us, some roof repair being done to the building so the closest path for us to the pool was blocked with scaffolding and debris. We didn't mind so much as we were out most of the day but we were sandwiched between 2 construction sites. We get to enjoy sitting out in the balcony early in the morning but had to get out of the condo by 8am when the workers start drilling & hammering. Other than that, everything was fab.

Bueno excelente lugar muy organizado y tiene de todo lo que necesita y más La piscina muy limpia la playa privada muy bonita el lugar en general muy acogedor mi Esposa y yo quedamos encantados una vez más de la zona y de ese lugar Punta Plata 100% recomendados

Stunning views! My family and I stayed here for my daughter's birthday celebration. We had so much fun especially there are so many things to do around. The place is super clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Punta Plata Condominio has stunning views and made our stay truly enjoyable. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely unforgettable. We loved relaxing and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
