Descripción del espacio
La villa ofrece una de las mejores vistas del resort hacia la bahía de San Juan del Sur y la montaña, disfrutables desde cualquier ángulo de la casa. Ubicada en la parte más alta del resort, brinda mucha privacidad.
Es un lugar ideal para descansar y recargar energías, un verdadero paraíso que combina playa y montaña.

IMPORTANTE:
- La electricidad no está incluida ($0.35 por kW consumido).
- Servicio de limpieza semanal: $25 (se cobra a partir de la segunda semana).
Estos cargos se pagan directamente en la recepción del resort y se cobran al momento del check-out.
No incluye agua purificada, por lo que se recomienda traer agua potable.
La villa está equipada con utensilios básicos para preparar alimentos, pero no incluye ingredientes; se recomienda que los huéspedes lleven su comida.
Nota: La electricidad es muy costosa en Nicaragua. Debido al uso de aire acondicionado, agua caliente y cocinas eléctricas, el costo puede llegar a $10 diarios o más por villa. Nosotros usamos ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado moderadamente (3 horas por la noche), con un costo promedio diario de $4.
Por ello, solicitamos a los huéspedes usar el aire acondicionado responsablemente y apagar todos los aparatos al salir.
La electricidad se cobrará al salir según la lectura del medidor.
Dado que la villa está en la montaña, es común encontrar insectos, incluidos escorpiones. Aunque se revisa antes de la llegada para evitar animales, es importante estar alerta.

The villas are located at a suitable distance: they are not in downtown San Juan, which provides tranquility, but access to the beach is quick and does not take more than 10 minutes. During my stay the place was clean, tidy and well maintained. Privacy was an important point, as it allowed for a comfortable and uninterrupted stay, as well as a quiet atmosphere to rest. In addition, the villa had all the necessary amenities, which made the experience practical and functional. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a good location, cleanliness, privacy and enough amenities for a comfortable visit.

lovely stay! Luis and the reception were quick whenever I had questions. Everyone was friendly too. The house was well put and organised when we arrived, lots of space and various kitchen utensils, which helped a lot. The view from the house is amazing!

House with two comfortable bedrooms. Cotton bedding is very popular. For us it was too close to the other units. You need to have quiet neighbors.

You need to improve the cleanliness. Personal things... they are guests who are staying... sheets, towels and pillows. Unpleasant, like the charge you make for the electricity.
