Overall great experience! The host was so attentive from start to end. Check In/Out was made easy. The condo was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. We were a few minutes away from La Quinta (walking), which was very convenient too. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I visit.

The location is excellent if you want to be close to Quinta Avenida but in a quiet and safe environment. Yogev was very attentive and was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very, very spacious, much more than what you can see in the photos, and you are literally 10 steps from the pool. It will definitely be our next Airbnb when we return to Playa del Carmen. Excellent for families 😀

Be WARNED people! The host is a sweet guy who has good communication however the set up of the property is not helping his case. 1st off the security team is really suspect, they will try to intimidate you at night if you try to have guest even though it is a TOTALLY allowed and will try to get money out of you as well. Like what?? How unprofessional. 2nd have patience but not too much patience we ran into 2 nights in a row of not having running water and yes that means no flushing of the toilet. Once again not the host’s fault however it’s not for it not to fall back on him. Hopefully things will get better in the future.

Great location! Condo is in walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had a great time. It was nice having security, but one of the guys was not very nice. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and community pool.

We like a lot the place is big enough for a big family and with enough privacy since it has 3 private rooms and bathrooms, the balcony is perfect but it needs some extra chairs. We love the location is close to everything, there is a great coffee shop just across the street and you are in the middle of everything but without the noise, perfect place we enjoyed it a lot!! Thanks a lot

The place is very nice, with a pool and terrace. Walk to the fifth and many restaurants. The host was always super attentive to us. I highly recommend it, I would have liked to stay longer!

Yogev’s place is just as described in the pictures. This is a great place for big groups! It was perfect for our stay of 4 adults & 3 children. The apartment complex is quiet overall both during the day & night. His place is located near various grocery places about a 5min walk & about an 8min walk to 5ta Avenida. If you also want to have your laundry done, there are two laundry mats nearby and are very reasonable. Yogev was very responsive to all my questions pre-reservation and during our stay. He greeted us at checkin and provided an overview of the place. He also provided me with a pack-n-play, which was a big plus to our stay. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to enjoy time in Playa!

Best place to stay for big families. The apartment has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an awesome wifi network. The location is close to everything, there are two big supermarkets two blocks away and taco restaurants around the corner. 5th ave and beach are 5 minutes away walking. The condo is very quiet and safe. We will definitely go back.
