This rental far exceeded our expectations! First off, the pictures do not do this place justice. Everything is super high-quality and it’s very spacious. There are 3 different air conditioning zones that you can control: one in each bedroom (both have an en suite) and another in the livingroom. Internet worked well. Water is HOT for a long time - you have your own tank. The 2 patios have sliding doors that open all the way, creating wonderful airflow. You face towards flora and fauna, so it’s only nature noises. There’s a washer and dryer, mop and broom. There’s all kinds of lighting in every room. The building iis AWESOME— a trash chute next to the elevator and rinse station right outside the building after you get done at the beach that is literally a 3 minute walk. Every type of food to eat right outside your door, along with a pharmacy and OXXO. Can’t say enough amazing things about this beautiful condo, the responsive hosts and our favorite front desk guy Miguel!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The description was 100% in line with reality, and the place was just perfect. The location is amazing, on one of the most beautiful streets I've ever been to, full of charming bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool of the building is a real charm and was the final touch to make the stay even more special. Playa del Carmen will definitely be missed! I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, practicality and an unforgettable experience.

Did a 9 day stay at Chuzo’s condo. Had several issues regarding garbage disposal and hot water but Christian was very responsive. Had Maintanence there day of to fix. Items that I would ask to improve would be provide more keys or install the electronic key pad like other resident had on their doors. Using the lock box got exhausting. Being there do 9 days we tried to cook more often. The skillets we had were not the greatest and made it a challenge to cook in the stove. We had asked for extra bedding (comforter) but Christian had stated they had nothing to offer. Over all it was a good experience and we would stay again. Minor items mentioned to make it better for future guest.

Chuzo places are always great. Clean, well equipped and beautiful amenities. Christian was wonderful, very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was up to our standards. Thanks again for a wonder trip!

Had a great time at this condo. This was our 2nd time to Miranda Condos but first time with this host. We love it there, location is perfect and on the most beautiful street in Playa del Carmen! Host was amazing and very responsive. There were only 1 towel per guest (we had 4 guests) available not including the beach towels. Also, no kitchen towel. Those would be the things I might suggest the host adding or make sure to bring some of your own. Overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend!

Nice Apartment that is quiet at night. Excellent location, close to the beach, 5th Ave, and on 38th the nicest street in Playa.
