The Space
Sunrise Tamarindo 11 offers an ideal setting for your Costa Rica getaway. This bright and beautifully appointed condo features a large terrace with views of the ocean and pool. The terrace includes an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating.
Inside, the condo has two bedrooms with upgraded ensuite bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and stainless steel appliances. The unit spans 1,200 square feet and is comfortably furnished to accommodate up to six adults or five adults and two children. The bed arrangement includes:
- Primary bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, upgraded private bathroom
- Second bedroom: Queen bed, twin bed, Smart TV, access to an upgraded bathroom that can be locked for privacy
- Living room: New double sleeper sofa suitable for one adult or two children
The gourmet kitchen is spacious and equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
Step onto your private covered balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves, tropical breezes, and beautiful views while dining or relaxing in the new comfortable chairs.
Location
Sunrise Tamarindo is situated on the third floor of an upscale gated community directly across the street from Tamarindo Beach. The vibrant town center, with its variety of restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife, is just a short walk away.

- Chef services (minimum 7 days’ notice required; last-minute requests accommodated when possible)

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire condo and all community amenities to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
Important Details
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A strict no-tolerance policy on parties and loud noise is enforced. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, noise monitoring software, or any other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- A damage protection policy is included with your booking, covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
- Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their banks in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly by the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.

We LOVED staying at Sunrise Tamarindo condos! Management was helpful and responded quickly. We felt safe and everything was within walking distance. The pool was great and we always got a chair no matter the time of day. Great view from the balcony. You can see monkeys, geckos and iguanas on the property. The condo had all the basic dishes and utensils to prepare meals as well as in-suite laundry. The water is clean and can be used for ice cubes, dishes and showering. We preferred bottle water for drinking but it is okay to drink the tap water too. Water pressure in the shower is low and it takes a long time to get warm/hot water. The king size bed was comfortable (med-firm) and the A/C worked well in living room (fan in bedroom). Dehumidifier needed to be emptied daily. Lots of hangers for clothes but need suitcase stands. Good safe for valuables. Be careful of slippery soft water in shower and when washing dishes. Good TV with Tivo box for streaming. Great condo and would stay again!

With two young adult kids with us, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Very walkable and so close to the beach, shopping and dining. We didn't have to move our car the entire 4 days we were there. Lots of wildlife right near the condo was a bonus! The condo itself is extremely well-appointed - stocked with all of the amenities you could need. Very comfortable beds too! Back porch was huge and comfortable. I appreciated that the beach chairs, boogy boards, and beach towels were provided...thank you for a great experience in Tamarindo!

Home away from home. Exactly as described and very comfortable to return to after days at the beach. Ours was a surf trip so we spent most days exploring different beaches. Which if you plan to do similar then I highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle. Also, when you go grocery shopping it’s a good idea to bring any reusable bags with you. You will need to know at least the basic Spanish as it is very helpful getting around. We loved the condo & it had everything we needed to cook most meals in. The rice cooker was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for helping us feel comfortable.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise condo in Tamarindo. It was well equipped and clean when we arrived. Beds were really comfy too. The pool is awesome and it is walkable too many good restaurants and across the street from the beach. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived so we messaged the owners. They had someone come and check it and it was not working so they offered to put us in a different unit right away. We decided to stay in the unit as the fans helped quite a bit and we had already unpacked. They offered us a discount which was very much appreciated. Great communication back-and-forth!! Definitely recommend this condo!!
