3BR Condo in Tamarindo

We had a great stay! The location is great if you want to have quick easy access to the beach for surfing or water excursions (fishing and snorkeling). It was very clean and had plenty of towels for all of our activities. The kitchen was decently stocked with equipment for preparing and cooking meals. The view is great and the resident howler monkeys hanging and growling in the nearby trees were a real treat. Communication both pro-active and re-active was great. Only issue…the guards that check you into and out of the property do not speak English and we had the most difficult time communicating with them. They were very pleasant just couldn’t understand us and we couldn’t them every time we were at the gate.

The unit was very nice and roomy for our family of 5. The location was great. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It was far enough off the main street that it was still pretty quiet. Sunset was lovely off the balcony. The unit was well equipped with kitchen gear and towel. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Satisfied with everything, we'll be back.

Look, I've done enough family trips to know where you stay makes or breaks the whole thing. Villa Hibiscus made our trip. Three adults and two teens and nobody was on top of each other. Spacious, light, and airy throughout. Great AC, well-stocked kitchen, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board already waiting for you. Someone thought this through. That patio though. Seating for eight with an unobstructed Pacific view and sunsets that stop you cold. We lived out there. Location is perfect — short walk to beach, grocery, restaurants, shopping, and rental car. Easy. Howler monkeys showed up near the property too. My teenagers actually put their phones down. Enough said. Book Villa Hibiscus. Best decision we made after booking the trip itself. We'll be back. Pura Vida.

We found the condos but were unsure of the number. The gate people helped with that. The condo and the view to the ocean was nice. Krain was very responsive to questions. The condo was in town and quite walkable to everything. The beach amenities were nice.

Great spot, Right in the middle of the strip and it was clean, cool and safe! Would stay again!

Our stay with Krain was great! They were quick to answer any questions we had and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. The place was just as described and was perfect for our trip.

Our stay was wonderful; from the very first moment, we felt right at home. The place is spectacular, and the photos don't do it justice. It's a short walk to the ocean and has everything you need, including beach chairs. We particularly appreciated the welcoming touches: I am celiac and have several allergies, and they were kind enough to leave us gluten-free snacks. That kind of care really makes a difference and is greatly appreciated. Having a washer and dryer was also a big plus. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family with the board games and a 1,000-piece puzzle, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. The view is on another level: waking up and seeing the sea on the horizon is simply magical. Communication was always smooth and responsive, which made everything even easier. We would definitely go back. A place that really exceeds expectations. Thank you so much. 💗
