Overview

The property is located just a one-minute walk from the main street in the heart of Tulum, placing you close to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is approximately an eight-minute taxi ride from the entrance to Beach Road.
We offer full-service amenities including airport transportation, snorkeling tours, yacht rentals, private chefs, and additional services. We warmly welcome guests of all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community.

- Service Animals:
Guests must disclose any service animals prior to booking. Due to back-to-back bookings and to protect guests with allergies, a minimum 48-hour window is required for deep cleaning. This property is generally not suitable for service animals because of high occupancy. If hosting a service animal is possible, a deep cleaning fee will be applied upon booking.

Review from my husband: I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb — it was the PERFECT spot for my bachelor party. The house was even better than the photos: super clean, spacious, and set up perfectly for a big group. The host was awesome too — super responsive, gave great local recommendations, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. If you’re planning a bachelor party, a guys’ trip, or just want a fun and relaxing getaway, book this place. Seriously. We’re still talking about how awesome the weekend was. 10/10 would stay again.

Tribehouse Tulum was absolutely perfect! 15 girls stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and the amount of praise I got for finding this place was overwhelming. The rooms, outdoor areas, amenities were spot on with the pictures and description. Felt super safe the entire time in the area of the house, as well! We also can’t thank our host enough!! She helped plan everything from our beach club day, our night out on the town, a day on a yacht, and a tour through the jungle that included four wheeling, ziplining, waterfall repelling, and 2 cave cenotes! She also helped set up all the transportation, our food delivery, groceries and much more. I also can’t rave enough about how delicious our meals were that got delivered 3 nights. Highly recommend the chicken dinner, it was DELICIOUS! Can’t say thank you enough to tribe house for making all my sisters bach party dreams come true. It was perfect and stress free. Can’t recommend enough!!! 🤍

100% worth it! Such a whimsical house. It was perfect for our bachelorette group. Definitely walkable to downtown area. The owner was always receptive, helping us plan activities and secure transportation. The place was a teensy bit hard to see from the outside, but once you know where it is, it is not a problem to find. And this is actually good for security, as it is not obvious a bunch of ladies are staying there. We would definitely go back!!!

Our stay at Tribe house was satisfactory. What I liked about the stay the most was the location and accommodations. Everything you need on a vacation was available; beach towels, full kitchen, machine/washer, nice showers, spacious, and private pool. The locations is great we were a short walk or short drive from everything we found to be wonderful. The only challenge was getting a good nights rest as the neighborhood dogs and traffic noise were consistent throughout the night. I would highly suggest ear plugs and eye mask (for room that has transparent curtains). Maureen was WONDERFUL. We found the food shopping service to be very convenient. We also booked the cenote/beach club and we (party of 7) LOVED our cenote experience and the beach club (go on salsa night). She took photos for us while we enjoyed our experiences. TY Maureen!
