It is an oceanfront house with ample parking in a quiet area. There are restaurants a 4-minute walk away. The pool water is warm. It has basic and necessary utensils, spacious bedrooms, and enough bathrooms.

A pleasant stay. Lots of privacy, and we were lucky to be able to swim in the ocean right in front of the house. We felt comfortable and safe at all times.

The house itself was good, everything was as described, but the house came with some small fixture issues that were not resolved during our stay. The AC stopped working in the kitchen, they were going to send someone to fix it, they never sent anyone, we were lucky that after a day it started working again. The lights outside in the yard weren't working, someone was supposed to come and fix them, they never did, multiple calls and messages were sent, my messages were ignored. The biggest issue we had was the pool, the pool is made out of small squares, those squares were falling off and underneath them it was sharp, while walking into the pool my daughter caught her foot in one of those sharp places & ripped her foot open from the heel to her big toe, i had to drive to the next town over to a hospital late at night, she got multiple stitches, i informed them what happened i was told there was nothing they could do to fix the pool issue. Throughout our stay many children got hurt.

Maria Elena´s house is amazing, super comfortable, modern, spacious, luminous, quiet, clean and perfect for our dogs, they enjoyed the place so much. The fact that you have the sea in front of your door is priceless as you're able to relax, enjoy and listen to the waves sound all day. Please note the house has a seawall in front and there might not be enough space of sand if you try to have walks there, we preferred to move to the nearest beach to do so: Matanchen (around 8 min far in car). We will for sure book this house again soon. Couple of things that can be fixed to enjoy the stay even more, are: - Fix the pool tiles - 2 out of the 7 A/C were not working properly -Wifi In the second floor was not working Thanks Maria Elena for everything! Your house is stunning.

I loved everything. The house is super spacious and private. The pool is very nice and spacious. It's great when you bring dogs. Everything is very close, the town and the beaches are also very close. 10/10 and highly recommended.
