The Space
This recently renovated condominium offers a secure and tranquil setting with beautiful sea views from both the terrace and living area. Located within a gated community that includes a night security guard, the property provides a designated parking space inside the gates.
Inside, the unit accommodates up to five guests. It features a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, as well as a double bedroom. Both bedrooms come with bed linens and sheets. Additionally, there is a pull-out sofa bed with extra cushions and pillows stored in the second bedroom closet.
The main bathroom serves the living area and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and silverware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Bath and beach towels are provided to help reduce what you need to pack.
The living area opens onto a balcony with a personal barbecue, overlooking the community pool and the sea beyond.

Situated just a five-minute walk from both the beach and downtown Tamarindo, this condominium offers easy access to a variety of independent shops and restaurants. Tamarindo is known as one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beach towns.
The property is centrally located approximately 500 meters up a hill, making a car unnecessary. Golf carts are available for rent nearby, and early reservations are recommended.

The accommodation offered a superb view at sunset. It is very well located, just a short walk or drive to all amenities and the beach. We had a small hiccup; the sheets and the bathroom weren't very clean, but the host responded immediately. She sent a housekeeper the very next day to resolve the situation. We are very pleased with our stay. The pool is also very nice on these hot days.

Great place! The view is amazing, we definitely appreciated having a golf cart for the hill climb. Being on the hill made the view well worth it

Bethany is a real super host! She helped us with both transport from San Jose and renting a golf cart which was delivered to the door. It takes about 6 minutes to walk down to main street but it is a dusty road and steep climb, so a golf cart is good to have if you have smaller kids. All good! 10 points!

Beautiful condo, convenient location. Just far enough from the main strip to be peaceful and quiet, yet a fairly easy walk to everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and the sunset skies.
