The Space
Villa Santa Teresa is part of a complex consisting of four villas, located approximately 20 meters from the Pacific Ocean shoreline. Surrounded by giant "sinsura" trees, the villas offer shade, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere. They are ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing getaway to enjoy hammocks and scenic beach views.
Each villa provides a partial ocean view and features two comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and a smart room, while the second bedroom contains three single beds that can be arranged to your preference. There is one full bathroom available.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals to enjoy on the porch overlooking the pool. For convenience after a beach day, there is an outdoor shower and a storage area for boards. The porch also includes a barbecue, dining table, living area with a sofa, and hammocks for relaxation.
These villas are designed to make you feel at home, featuring fiber optic internet—ideal for remote work. Each villa has its own private entrance and balcony, ensuring complete privacy.

Location
The villas are situated on the north side of Santa Teresa in a quiet, secluded area adjacent to Roca Mar restaurant, where you can enjoy brunch, lunch, or dinner with sand beneath your feet. Café Social is also just a few meters away.
Only 20 meters from the entrance, you will reach the beach, featuring an excellent surf spot to experience Costa Rica’s renowned waves. A short walk further leads to natural pools that are especially enjoyable for babies and children.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa was right off the beach in the north part of town which meant it was quiet and peaceful. The pool and villa itself were pristine and perfect for our family of 4. There were iguanas all around and monkeys in the surrounding trees. Hosts were super communicative and helpful. We will def look to return in the future!

Perfect stay for our vacation! The villa and pool were amazing and it was a quick and easy walk to the beach and into town. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place! The house is spectacular, the pool too. And the best thing is that it is located in the best place in Santa Teresa, a few meters from the Rocamar restaurant, which is very nice and a spectacular beach! We would definitely come back. They responded to all our questions and concerns instantly.

Beautiful setting, easy walk to the gorgeous beach and restaurants Rocamar and Cafe Social. Enjoyed the shared pool and chatting with other guests. Kitchen was adequate (provided a few suggestions to the concierge), master bedroom comfortable with A/C and curtains, marvelously large tiled bathroom/shower area, loved eating at the outdoor dining table, great outdoor shower to rinse off sandy bodies, availability of bicycles with baskets, and semi-private villa. Tomas, our friendly concierge, was efficiently helpful in fixing problems or providing missing items, booking ATVs and canopy tours, and providing suggestions. Our friend who stayed in the second bedroom felt the beds were uncomfortable, but he has back issues. The side road in front of the villa is gravel which in the dry season, creates dust in the unit. The main road through the north end of Santa Teresa is also gravel, which is well travelled, extremely dusty and a bit dangerous to walk. One can walk the beach to access town

Love this location and the smallness of the 4 casitas was perfect. Not too big. 2 bd 2 ba was efficient with a large bathroom. Since you’re in a jungle setting you may interact w critters. Tomas was quick to respond and resolve any issues. Could use a microwave. Great spot!!
