- La propiedad no es adecuada para fiestas ni eventos.
- Es ideal para familias y grupos de adultos que respeten a los vecinos y las reglas de la comunidad.

This is highly professional host managing a lovely house. The house was just a described with comfortable beds and great quality furniture. A/C worked perfectly during our stay. A couple of things that need to be improved: make it very clear that the pool is not private but rather shared with other houses around and also assign specific parking spaces not just any parking around. Other than that, everything was perfect and I highly recommend this place.

While place is nice, noted that the pool is a shared pool with the community. Although not a lot of people used it, so it was quiet. It was something we didn’t expect because the angle of photos looked like it belongs to the house. We have young kids so we would normally book a house with a private pool to not disturb others. But it was fine. Host was slow to respond in the beginning so we ended up booking excursions with another travel agent. House is clean and spacious. Some pots & pans need to be replaced. Beautiful location because it’s near the beach so you walk see sunset in 2 mins walk.

This was our second airbnb in costa rica. Unfortunately we went on an excursion that involved tubing through a river. Mud bathing hot springs horseback riding etc only to find that the water supply had trickled down to zero that night. So we were unable to shower after this long day. The host never got back to us to refund for the night and airbnb wouldn’t refund us because there was “extreme wind” and it was an act of nature. The host suggested we shower outside by the public pool? Otherwise seemed organized and very responsive. Clean place. I just wish there was better customer service and care in a situation like this. Other people staying in places nearby within the same community reported never losing water. Have some water bottles available incase you need to bathe after a long day.

We loved our stay with 3 families and 4 kids ages 7-9. The house was gorgeous and clean and well-equipped. Paulina was helpful in getting reservations for us. The beach club is phenomenal! It was a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! The space was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful, with a perfect layout for our family. The communal pool was just steps from our patio, which made it so easy to enjoy daily swims. We loved walking to the beach to watch the sunset, and we also drove to Lola’s twice for incredible food and unforgettable sunsets. Mornings were spent walking around and exploring the area, which felt safe, peaceful, and scenic. My husband and brother-in-law went golfing and said it was fantastic. Tamarindo is only about 25 minutes away and super convenient for groceries and supplies. The concierge service via text was exceptional; they answered all our questions quickly and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The absolute highlight was enjoying an afternoon swim when a family of howler monkeys came to hang out right above us; such a surreal, once-in-a-lifetime experience! We will absolutely be back. My husband and I brought our 4 adult children and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Walking down to the beach to watch the sunset every night was amazing. We rented a golf cart to Drive to the Beach Club was a nice that the host had it delivered for us. We would definitely stay here again. T

What 😍 an incredible place. The house is beautiful, the pool is a dream and the atmosphere is super quiet. In addition, they helped us a lot with everything, even getting a golf cart that made the stay even more special. I'm leaving super grateful.
