This is the ultimate Penthouse, a short walk to town and even closer to the beach. It's the perfect spot for that Jaco, Costa Rican vacation you've been dreaming about. The pool and view is INCREDIBLE! The space There are 7 bedrooms. One of those is a loft above the main living areas. It has a king bed and private bath but no walls. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There is one bedroom with two twin beds and another room with a king bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. At the other end of the penthouse are two bedrooms with king beds that share a giant bathroom. There is a very small room with bunk beds off this bathroom. This condo is rockstar cool. It is a full two stories and has 30-foot ceilings and is very modern. There is a large kitchen with bar seating for 8. The kitchen has everything you might need including a real espresso machine. The condo has 12 air conditioners. There are 3 large televisions with Netflix and cable. We have fast internet and seamless WiFi throughout. This is the perfect in-town location. The pool is massive and beautiful. There is a playscape area for children and three jacuzzi tubs along with one of the largest swimming pools I have ever seen. This penthouse has a balcony that is 80 feet long with views of the Pacific ocean, the mountains and all of Jaco. This property will be the backdrop of a vacation you will never forget Guest access Parking spots for 2 cars always available. On non holidays and slow weeks there is parking for more than 2

We had an amzing stay. The hosts were great and very active at all times. They gave suggestions and really made the whole stay more pleasant. The location was away from all the traffic and noise but close enough to walk or take rides to get to all the action when needed. The place was amazing and everything the pictures said it was. I would definitely stay there again!!

Our stay at Chadwick’s Airbnb in Jaco was incredible. We stayed in the top-floor penthouse (7 rooms, 4 bedrooms), perfect for our group of 8 adults, 2 babies, and a pregnant woman. The space was comfortable and ideal for a large group. The pool was fantastic, and great food was less than a 2-minute walk away. Brittany, the co-host/concierge, truly set this apart. She created communication before arrival and was extremely responsive. She booked our in-home massages, golf carts, Tortuga Island, Manuel Antonio, and transportation for everything. When small issues came up (A/C, late transport, missing high chair), she handled them immediately—even offering to personally deliver items. She was also honest about excursions, even advising against options that would’ve cost us more. Pricing was equal to or lower than booking directly, which built significant trust. Highly recommend—if we’re back in CR, Chadwick and Brittany are our first call.

We stayed 7 nights in Jaco Bay for our son's wedding. 35 of the guests stayed in 3 of the 7 bedroom penthouse suites on the 10th floor. Two condo's in tower 4 and 1 in tower 3. We had 11 guests in our unit. The AC & washer and dryer was a blessing. Anytime we had an issue the host, Brittany, was quick to respond. Our condo was very worn and some of the furniture was very close to falling apart. The kitchen does not have any spices and only 1 hair dryer. The upstairs bedroom had a curtain for privacy, but it was very loud. There were lots of activities for guests to do around Jaco. The pool was amazing and the beach, grocery store and many restaurants were a 10 minute walk. The Maxi Pali (Walmart - grocery store) was a 20 minute walk. There were a few places on the beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella for $30 US for the day. Overall having the capacity to have so many people together to celebrate a wedding was amazing and Jaco Bay was a great choice for our group.

Condo was in a great neighborhood with very good security. Walkable to great places to eat and coffee. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with amenities. Chad and Amy were great hosts and very responsive answering questions in a few minutes. Thank you guys for making our stay comfortable and easy. Would definitely stay again here on our next trip to Costa Rica.

Great location and nice property. Host was very responsive and friendly and coordinated a number of activities for us which made it a seamless overall experience. Highly recommend for a group trip.

The condo was exactly how it seemed online. Hosts were very attentive with communication. There were a few small imperfections but overall good. Very accessible from the main strip in Jaco. Shuttle service and excursions exceeded expectations.
