This modern three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo is located one block from Mamitas Beach and two blocks from 5th Avenue. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and other attractions are all within easy walking distance.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests:

Building Rules

This is a residential building with long-term residents. The condominium association enforces strict rules and fines to maintain a respectful environment for everyone. By booking, you agree to follow these guidelines:

• No parties, loud music, shouting, or other noise that may disturb neighbors after 9:00 PM
• No towels on balcony railings
• No glass on the rooftop

Guests receive one warning for rule violations. Continued issues may result in immediate fines from the building.

Electricity Policy

Electricity is expensive in Mexico. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the condo, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge.

Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs, charged at 7 pesos per kilowatt-hour. A larger refundable deposit is also required to cover these expenses.
