- Keep noise levels low between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- No additional guests are permitted on the property.
- Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the unit.
- Parking is restricted to spot #2307 assigned to this unit. Do not block neighboring parking spaces.
- The community speed limit is 15 km/h.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and common areas.
- Loud music is not allowed in common areas.
- Dispose of garbage in the designated garbage chute; littering from the balcony or leaving trash in common areas is forbidden.
- Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult in the pool area and clubhouse.
- The use of drones is strictly forbidden.
Fines up to $500 USD may apply for violations.

Fabulous views and close to everything. Condo has fantastic views and comfortable beds. Gym and pools are clean and easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This property met my expectations for the price. It was clean, comfortable and secure. The kitchen was well equipped, the A/C worked well and the property was clean and had good amenities. The view was great access was easy. I would stay here again.

Our initial disappointment was the closest Costco’s parking lot. The distant view was of the ocean and the ARC. The ocean and/or beach is not that close as it appears in the pictures. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would recommend it if you are looking for a condo to reside in. Santiago was responsive. One minor thing is I would suggest he supply more guest towels. As there was only one face towel for each guest!! Also, we were not informed as to where to dispose of the trash upon check out. Overall, it was a good experience.
