The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, very comfortable and quiet. We had a very good experience and recommend it. As a detail to improve, a little more cleaning. But other than that, everything was very nice and we really enjoyed the stay.

My group of ten came for a Bachelorette trip and we all initially loved the villa. It had gorgeous views and was a lot bigger than what the photos showed. The size, pool, and views made our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and abundant. The caretaker, Denys, lives on-site (not mentioned in the listing so it was a surprise to our group bc we did not want any men near the villa) but he was super nice and very helpful. The cons, unfortunately, outweighed the pros. There are ants all over the property including inside beds. They bit some of the guests through the night. There were AC issues throughout our stay. Dirty towels and sheets. Showerheads wouldn't spray water bc clogs. The property is managed by a 3rd party - customer service line had some live agents and some AI. You're never speaking with 1 person so you have to repeat yourself a few times. Some of my requests were not acknowledged (no men in the villa, issues with the villa, requests to check out late, pest control).

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! Denys, the house manager was so nice and courteous always ready to help! The host was very accomodating and very quick to answer. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children and there was room for everyone! The kitchen was more than well equipped with even a waffle maker. We had the best Christmas ever!!!

We were a group of 10 and we had a GREAT stay here. Easy to find. Easy check in process. Beautiful property with a great layout. Amazing views. We saw whales from balcony. It’s bright. Clean and fully equipped. I would definitely stay here again
