Beautiful house on a secluded beach. The house is huge and equipped with everything you need; it even had a surfboard and mini boards for the kids. Spotlessly clean, the host was very helpful and very easy to reach. Each room has its own bathroom (3 of them en-suite, and in one of them, you can easily play baseball🤣). The view is beautiful. There’s not much in the surrounding area; you have to drive a bit, but that’s also stated in the description. For us, it was just right after 10 days in the Caribbean and San José. I would absolutely recommend it!

The accommodation is huge; each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning, which is really great. In terms of its structure, the villa is as described, but it feels a bit outdated. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it wasn't as clean as it should have been, but Amnon responded really well and also offered to send the cleaning staff back the next day, and even to send someone to make us breakfast. In the kitchen, the essentials are there, but the cooking utensils, in particular, are in need of replacement. Overall, we had a relaxing time; the location right by the sea is just awesome. Amnon is a great landlord who really goes out of his way. I would definitely recommend the place. It could just use a little refurbishment.

First off, Ami was awesome, he was extremely responsive and gave great suggestions of things to do. The house was perfect! Clean , quiet, really spacious. The pool was very clean and great fun and relaxation. We requested a breakfast cook and enjoyed so much that we had her come back for lunch. I suggest buying groceries ahead of time. We had a great time. For those that don’t mind traveling to go to excursions this is a great place to stay. Had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described in the Airbnb. The location is very remote, it is truly a piece of paradise that you can relax privately. We took a couple excursions to Jaco, we took a monkey tour, and a suspension bridge, waterfall hike both were breathtaking. These were scheduled by Diego with D-Tours he was amazing and treated us like royalty, I would highly recommend getting in tough with him if you are looking to take an excursion. Jaco is about an hour drive. Ami was great always available to answer any questions we had, he was flexible with check in and out times. We had Yendry cook for us a few days , she was amazing, the food she prepared was fantastic. I hope to be able to make a return trip, I would certainly stay there again.

We spent 5 wonderful nights at this Tivives Beach house with our family of 6. The location is the highlight - peaceful neighborhood with easy beach access and breathtaking sunsets every evening. Perfect for tranquility away from tourist areas. The house is spacious and comfortable with a nice pool the kids loved. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The absolute star: Yendry's cooking! Her traditional Costa Rican meals were incredible - from daily casados to the special New Year's Eve dinner. Restaurant-quality food with warm, professional service. This truly made our vacation special! Amnon was responsive and helpful throughout. Important tip: Do grocery shopping BEFORE arriving - very few restaurants nearby with limited hours. Stock up in a larger town on your way. Consider booking Yendry's services - absolutely worth it! Minor improvement: Water pressure in showers could be stronger. Overall: Beautiful, peaceful getaway with stunning sunsets and exceptional home-cooked cuisine.

I have been to several rental properties in Tivives, without hesitation this is the best. The property is as it appears in the photos. The view from the dining room is very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

The host was incredibly flexible about checking in to accommodate an early flight arrival and responded immediately to my myriads of pre-trip questions. The home looks just like the photos and was gorgeous. It worked perfectly for our family of five, including three adolescent teens who each appreciated their own room. We did opt for the in-house cooking, which was amazing. She stocked our fridge with essentials and cooked us amazing and huge breakfasts and lunches. The food was so good! We ate so much each day that we happily packed on a few pounds during our stay. We just couldn't let anything go to waste and had leftovers for dinner. We visited in early July and the beach itself was a little tricky. With daily rains, the water was murky from the nearby estuary. Seas were rough. During some tides, we were able to wade into the ocean but couldn't actually swim at this location. I did not love the tanker ships anchored offshore. Tons of trash & micro-plastics on the beach, yuk.
