Oleo Cancun establece los precios, que normalmente son de $95 USD por persona por día, excepto durante Navidad.
Los paquetes se pueden comprar por día o por semana. Como alternativa, puede cruzar la calle hacia los restaurantes del lado de la laguna, ya que los restaurantes del lugar funcionan bajo el sistema de todo incluido.

Los ascensores tienen límites estrictos de peso y capacidad. Cada ascensor puede acomodar un máximo de cuatro personas sin equipaje o dos personas con equipaje. Exceder la capacidad prevista puede causar fallas mecánicas o daños. Los huéspedes son totalmente responsables de los costos de reparación si el uso indebido provoca un mal funcionamiento o avería del ascensor.
Vistas de las Habitaciones
Las habitaciones ofrecen dos vistas: una ventana da al mar, mientras que otra da al costado del edificio. Debido a que el apartamento está ubicado en el primer nivel, los ductos de servicio están situados en la terraza y son visibles desde la ventana orientada hacia el costado.

I wouldn't be able to return to this place. The apartment is very dirty. The walls and door frames have cracks. There are no functional kitchen utensils. I think I wasted my money. The front door has lock problems. It's nothing like the photos they have on the app. The sofa bed is disassembled. I wrote to the host and he got upset because I told him what was going on, and he sent the supervisor, and she had to agree with me. I don't know how they can allow this kind of thing. I wanted to leave this place. 5 lights in the apartment are burned out, and I have photos of what I'm telling you. It's horrible.

My family of five and our little dog stayed in this apartment for 22 nights. We loved the stay, but above all, we loved the hosts and the people around them. Juan was incredibly helpful and always looked after us. The apartment was very cozy and well-equipped. Many thanks to Agustin, Juan, Lara, and Mari. We hope to see you soon!

Responsive hosts, beautiful place and views., However with kids and a pet , The few things thing think about before you book is the resort will not even sell you a cup of water if you did not purchase the $95 per person per day plan, which was mentioned to us by the hosts I believe I did not read the details ahead of time and if you are using their pool are and are thirsty they won’t sell you anything no drinks no food no information if you inquire about anything they tell you they can’t help you so you plan ahead if you plan to use the pool or the beach because it is private no public vendors, the OXXO across the street was helpful. The beach was not swimmable in red area so we ended up driving to public beaches around, no balcony to sit down and enjoy the beach view at the suite, everything else was good fully staffed kitchen I appreciate the coffee provided and laundry detergent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located only 10–15 minutes from the airport and is right on the beachfront, so at night you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves — which was amazing. Each room has its own air conditioner, which made the stay very comfortable. The beds are large and very soft, so we slept really well. A special thank you to Agustin, who kindly bought a baby high chair for our child upon our request — we really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. There is also a nice café downstairs where you can get good coffee and croissants in the morning. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, especially for families.
