The Space

This spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom eco condo is nestled in a forested area while remaining close to town and beaches. Fully furnished, the unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and hot water. High-speed 100 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout ensure comfort.

Guests have access to a large shared pool and BBQ area. Daily visits from local wildlife such as white-faced and squirrel monkeys add a unique touch to your stay. Free onsite parking and coin-operated laundry facilities are available within the building.

• There are eight units total: four upstairs and four downstairs. If this unit is unavailable, please inquire about others with similar size and layout but varying decor.
• All units require climbing a minimum of 10 steps. Please specify preferences for upstairs or downstairs units when booking.
• A short but steep 30-meter hill must be climbed to access the property, which may be a consideration for guests without a car.
• Rates apply to 1-2 guests; additional guests incur a $15 per person per night fee.
• Damage to the property or its contents during your stay will be charged to you. Airbnb’s AirCover may provide coverage, but guests should be aware of this policy.
• Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied for stays of seven nights or longer.
