Villa Santa Maria es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos. Ubicada en la zona dorada de Bucerías, la villa se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la playa, restaurantes y bares.
La propiedad ofrece un ambiente relajante con mucha privacidad y una variedad de espacios donde todos pueden disfrutar de su propia área. Las comodidades incluyen:

El espacio
La villa está distribuida en varios niveles, con múltiples escaleras que conectan las diferentes áreas. No hay rampas de acceso ni entradas accesibles para sillas de ruedas.
Actualmente hay un sitio de construcción directamente frente a la propiedad que no forma parte de la villa. Los huéspedes deben tener en cuenta que la construcción puede causar:
- Ruido durante el día
- Algo de polvo
- Menor voltaje eléctrico en toda la cuadra
- Menor potencia del aire acondicionado en dos habitaciones
Acceso de los huéspedes
La villa está ubicada en la zona dorada, por lo que es fácil llegar caminando a restaurantes, bares y otras atracciones locales.
Maru, la encargada de la casa, le proporcionará una llave. Cierre la puerta con llave cada vez que salga de la propiedad.
Maru vive junto al área de estacionamiento. Si necesita ayuda, baje las escaleras y llámela. Aunque dice que no habla inglés, nunca ha tenido problemas de comunicación con los huéspedes.
Servicios de limpieza y cocina
La limpieza diaria está incluida. Maru comienza a trabajar a las 11:00 a. m. y limpiará:

Hay un cocinero disponible para preparar tres comidas al día:

The house is very spacious, comfortable and very nice with luxury finishes. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, which guarantees an optimal rest. The layout of the house is very good and it offers you everything you need for your stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. I just would have liked them to have an electricity generator, since there was no electricity for a whole day. We were told that there would be no electricity for reasons beyond the control of the house and that it would be from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but this time period was extended until 12:00 AM, and that day we could not use the house since everything runs on electricity. Something basic, like the water supply, was working through a pump, I think, and because of the lack of electricity there was no water either. It was a bit frustrating, but apart from that, everything was very good.

The place is beautiful; I don’t have a single complaint. My family and I had a great time, and we would definitely go again. 100% recommended! If you are traveling with older adults, just keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs.

We had a wonderful vacation in Bucerias. This Airbnb was perfect for our holiday! The pool is awesome and the large covered area provided well needed shade and comfort. There are a lot of stairs in this palace (was not an issue for us, but FYI for others). Property seekers were always available and responded to all queries very quickly. Maru did a great job keeping the house tidy, providing clean towels etc.. We had 11 people total (7 adults and 4 kids (ages 2,5,7,9). Plenty of space for everyone. Washing machines were available for use and such a great bonus. We are very happy we booked this Airbnb.

This home was perfect for our group of 8 to enjoy Bucerias and the PV area. The pool is big enough for the kids to play all day, there is a shaded table by the pool as well as loungers for everyone else, and lots of room to spread out. The game room is in its own building with lots of fun activities. The location is perfect—just a block from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. As of our visit in February there was still construction noise most days out front, but we stopped noticing it after a while and I think they will be done soon. The cleaners were very kind and helped us settle in. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, close to the beach and restaurants with an amazing and helpful staff. If you have an opportunity to have Marú prepare a meal for you during your stay, I highly recommend, it was a highlight from my group.

We couldn't be more happy with our stay here. We had a family of 14 and there was so much room and provided everything we needed. Maru did a wonderful job at helping us with anything we needed and keeping the house clean! would totally recommend this property.

The place itself it's nice, some structure maintenance required, but nice and private. If you take kids and/or elderly or physically impaired with you, it could be a challenge for them. Lots of stairs in every area of the house. We enjoyed the pool and had a good time. The town needs lots of improvements, but they are working on making it better.

Excellent service appropriate for the house, every space of the premises is enjoyed with any type of trip, it is highly recommended. I suggest that if you stay here, take advantage of the service they offer, ask and ask for recommendations of the place, they always attend very kindly
