The house was just as it was pictured. The property is peaceful and surrounded by lots of nature. The kitchen/living area is on the main 2nd floor with the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. It was perfect for two couples. It was bit tricky to find but the host was very responsive and talked us through the last few turns. I would highly advise having a 4x4. Our SUV did not have 4x4 and it was raining which made it a bit challenging but we made it. We would recommend staying at Nomad.

Mixed Experience with Significant IssuesDuring our recent stay, we encountered both positive aspects & concerninng issues. Berney, the owner, was very responsive & attentive, and the property itself is in a beautiful location. However, we faced extreme wind noise and loud metal roof banging that disrupted our sleep. Frequent Wi-Fi disconnections made working difficult, & we experienced propane outages alongside solar power issues. A gas smell after a tank replacement raised safety concerns, and the lack of storage for clothing was inconvenient. Additionally, the shower curtain ripped and wasn't replaced, and the cleaning staff entered our secured room despite clear instructions. Other problems included an unstable sink, slippery floors, absence of a kitchen oven. Despite the owner's responsiveness, these issues overshadowed our stay, and we were disappointed when our request to leave a day early was denied. Given these experiences, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The house was neat and tidy. everything we needed was included. fantastic outdoor cooking area. fantastic views from every room. the host was very helpful with setting up and Advising on excursions and day trips.

Great accommodation (not accessible without a four-wheel drive car) in the middle of nature and yet only 20 minutes from a larger village with a nice town center. The information on finding the accommodation could be better or a sign would help a lot. The barbecue pavilion outside and the provision of briquettes and barbecue lighters are great.

Bernny and Marco were very helpful and made us feel right at home. Beautiful property with so many extra perks. We enjoyed playing cards, bird watching and relaxing with family. Very comfortable retreat with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Our hosts were extremely attractive and we loved our visit. We highly recommend this property. Sadly the roads in Mounteverde could be better but thats not our hosts fault. Thank you for amazing memories.
