Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment is very well located, the view is beautiful, and the host is responsive. However, there are a few areas for improvement: we had requested a high chair for our baby, and it was confirmed that it would be available, but in the end, we never received it, despite our reminders and the promise to bring it the next day. The cleaning was also quite average when we arrived, and the sink in one of the bedrooms was clogged. The balcony railing seemed quite fragile to us, so with kids, you really have to be careful. And overall, the apartment lacks some amenities, especially in the kitchen. The hot plate heats very little, and there is really the bare minimum. Given the price, we still expected a little more. Despite that, we especially remember the great view and the location, which are really the big highlights of the apartment.

Great hosts, super responsive around questions and absolutely beautiful location with unbeatable views and a great pool, as well as great walkability to the beach, restaurants, etc. Not their fault but it was quite loud one of the nights from folks partying outside on the malecon, so just fyi for the possibility if you choose to stay here. Loved our stay and was super easy staying with young kids!! Thank you!!

The communication was amazing, clear and always very fast. You can see that they have a very good cleaning team. The apartment is identical to the photos, with everything very good and the decor is nice. The location is also excellent and the view is picture perfect. The area is very quiet, and even though there is a hotel next door, everything was always very quiet. There's a supermarket a few steps away and small shops. The restaurant area is 1 block away and the ferry is less than 5 minutes away. There is access to a small bay, and Punta Norte beach is just a 15-minute walk away. Everything is excellent. There is a little remodeling construction on the pier around the property by the government, and it will surely be spectacular when they finish. We had an amazing time!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Playa Norte, Hidalgo Street, the ferry terminal, restaurants, and golf cart rentals, making it easy to explore Isla Mujeres. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and offered stunning views. Our host was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely book again!

Our accommodation was very quiet, but we had a problem with the air conditioning in one bedroom, which meant that one of the couples had to sleep in a very hot room on the first night. The hosts were very quick to resolve it, but we had this inconvenience. In addition, the location was perfect. We did everything on foot, including going from the terminal to the apartment, even with our bags. Everything is very close. I would stay again.
