This was an excellent place for us to stay for 4 weeks. We really enjoyed the accommodations. We very much appreciated the quick and helpful responses when we contacted Jennifer. The hill walk was great exercise and then we had the pool to look forward to. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

We very much enjoyed Sunsethill #11. Had all we needed inside and had a great view of the sunset. It was close to beach, restaurants and shops. The hill to condo was a tad challenging the first few days but we got used to it and got faster as the days went on. You can also rent a golf cart or car if needed.

We loved our five night stay at Jennifer’s place. It is really spacious and perfectly stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable, right down to having salt and oil and all kitchen supplies. Everything was in great condition and the view was perfect! It was really helpful to have beach towels supplied as well. It was nice to be away from the centre of town but close enough to walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others and return again 😁

What a great find in Tamarindo!!! While you do have to walk or drive up a big hill to get to the condo, the view was priceless!!!! We loved that it was just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of town to feel peaceful. The pool was an awesome touch to cool off after a day at the beach. We walked to town everyday to go to the beach and eat out. There is a grocery store within walking distance too. The condo had a great balcony with beautiful view. You can hear the birds all day long! We had a small problem with the WiFi, but someone was sent very quickly to help fix the problem! A great choice for nature and beauty! We also did the recommended surf lesson.....so great! We had never surfed before and everyone made it up!!! Pura Vida!!!

the condo is great. Well stocked with everything you need. the view from the balcony is amazing. it should be noted that the walk up from the beach is up a steep hill and there is a lot of construction going on nearby. Other than those two inconveniences, I would recommend the place

We were three woman from Canada and absolutely loved the location. Perfect amount of space with the two bedrooms And two bathrooms Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset in evening. excellent stocked kitchen, peaceful with private pool and spectacular views. We rented a golf cart to get around with ease and explore the surrounding area and that was a lot of fun. Jennifer was very helpful, quick to respond to messages and offered helpful tour info and shuttle transport shuttle contacts. One of our best vacations and an amazing stay in Tamarindo. Thank you so much!

I have stayed in sunset hill before, it’s a beautiful place with a great view, however this is my first time staying at Jennifer’s . This place is really nice but the dishes were not properly cleaned when we arrived there was still food on some plates and utensils, and the pots and pans definitely need to be updated. Another thing to keep in mind she doesn’t have a first aid kit, and if you have any health concerns I would recommend renting a golf cart or car because if your not used to hiking the hill to get up might give you some difficulties. Besides that the place is gorgeous the view is amazing and it about a 5min walk to the beach!

We had a great month at Sunset! Only about at 15 minute walk to the main part of town and the beach, very well equipped condo, nice pool that was cleaned often. There is a hill on the way back to the condo from town, about 100 meters where you’ll work up a sweat. Great exercise, and the good news is the Uber service is great, one minute waits and only about $7 cdn. from town to the condo.
