The place is very nice, and the beach is great for swimming, kayaking, and enjoying walks. The house has everything you need, and Francisco was always available to help. The first few days were very good, with plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the house. However, from Holy Thursday to Saturday, the neighbors next door had their music very loud. Francisco tried to help by talking to the owner, but they didn't respect us and kept their music on until the early hours of the morning. We understand that this is beyond Francisco's control, and he did what he could to support us. If you don't want to cook, there are few places around, but Progreso and Telchac are nearby, and there are good places there.

We stayed here for an extended period, and unfortunately the house was not in the condition we expected upon arrival. It was not very clean, and several important things were initially not working, including the WiFi, water pressure, and the stove. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating. He arranged repairs quickly and generously compensated us with a few free nights, which we truly appreciated. However, the house overall did not feel well maintained. For a large three-bedroom home, the lack of an oven and dishwasher was disappointing, appliances were quite old, and the laundry area felt untidy. There was also construction noise next door, and the beach conditions during our stay differed from the photos, with algae and garbage on some days. Overall, while the host did everything he could, the property is not well suited for longer stays in its current condition.

Excellent property to spend a few days on the beach, a very quiet location and with plenty of privacy. The property has all the amenities for a weekend, kitchen, pool, clean bathrooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, etc. I recommend it 100%

The house is in an excellent location, beautiful, tidy and has direct access to the beach, which is a great view to wake up and at sunset. The internet worked very well, ideal for virtual work meetings. Francisco was very kind, attentive and gave me good recommendations.

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.
