Casa de Colorado es una amplia casa de vacaciones ubicada en el conveniente y cerrado vecindario de Reserva de Golf dentro de Hacienda Pinilla. Esta casa de un solo piso cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 4 baños, hermosos jardines, piscina privada y patios tranquilos. Es el lugar ideal para familias.
El acceso al Beach Club para un pase diario en 2025 cuesta $45 por persona. No somos miembros.
El espacio
- Puerta de seguridad y guardia para el vecindario.
- Espacio verde y parque frente a la casa, sin casas enfrente.
- Piscina privada con terraza para tomar el sol y jardines en la parte trasera.
- Patios y áreas para sentarse en la parte delantera y trasera.
- Se escuchan aves y posiblemente monos al amanecer y al atardecer.
- Colibríes en los jardines frontales para disfrutar con el café matutino.
- Árbol en la esquina trasera donde se reúnen periquitos al final de la tarde.
El dormitorio principal incluye:
- Cama king size.
- Baño privado con tina.
- Puerta que conecta con el patio trasero y la piscina.
La cocina está completamente equipada y ha sido útil para preparar desde comidas pequeñas hasta grandes. También hay una parrilla disponible en el exterior.
La casa cuenta con lavadora y secadora, además de un cuarto cerrado al aire libre para guardar tablas de bodyboard, tablas de surf y artículos de playa.
Acceso al Beach Club
Desde el 1 de enero hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024, el acceso al Beach Club cuesta $35 por persona por día; no somos miembros.
Acceso para huéspedes
- Uso completo de la casa, jardines, patios delantero y trasero, y piscina privada.
- No se permiten mascotas.

The house is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The pool is a great spot, it is very big and nice for kids .Tonya was always very responsive.

The house is beautiful, the pool is very convenient, the residential complex is safe and quiet, and the beaches are wonderful. I definitely recommend it!!! And I would love to go back!!!

Tonya’s place is just as described and seen in the pictures! Rooms are spacious and the house overall is gorgeous. It perfectly accommodated our family.

Beautiful home, spacious, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Poolis amazing and ample covered porch area with outdoor dining. Bird watching was fun here too!

First of all, Tonya is a great host. Quick response time, and available to answer any concerns or issues we had. Also the maintenance team is very proactive (William and Justin), they are friendly and attentive. The house is beautiful ( just like the pictures ) and the pool amazing as well. We felt like we were home. Do not hesitate to book this amazing place, you will love it here!

Great stay at Casa Colorado! We had plenty of space for our family group of 8, and appreciated each bedroom having a bathroom. The kitchen is very well appointed, so cooking meals was easy, and the large dining table is perfect for a larger group. We loved having the beautiful pool when we weren’t down at the beach. The location within Pinilla is very nice - it’s great for getting out for a walk/run and you’re only a quick drive to the beaches, beach club, and JW. Tonya was easy to communicate with, and all instructions were simple and clear. The property manager was also quick to respond. We would love to come back, and definitely recommend a stay here!

Wonderful home, close to all things beach. The home is better in person. Well stocked from the kitchen to the game closet. Local contact super responsive. Would def recommend for families or girls trip. Loved every minute!!
