We spent a few incredible days at Casa Lole. The accommodation is simply spectacular: it combines absolute peace and tranquility with the perfect space to have the most fun as a family. The facilities were impeccable, with attention to detail and everything you need to enjoy Bacalar without worries. We took home beautiful memories of this stay. Totally recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation, the place was identical to the photos, very clean and very good service from Samuel; always very proactive. We loved the lagoon and the kayak service. We recommend it 100% and we will definitely be back.

Great place to stay for families/friends. Absolutely gorgeous 😍 ! The house is located in a natural reserve so you're surrounded by nature. If you're looking for peace and calm this is the perfect place. The lagoon is beautiful. The house and kitchen are well equipped, beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always responsive or here when we asked for something. I would definitely go back if I have the occasion.

Beautiful house, but feels like a beautiful prison. This is a hard review to write, but an honest one. The house itself is gorgeous. Architecturally stunning, serene, and with decor that gives the impression you’re about to have a luxurious, peaceful experience. But what’s hidden beneath the surface, what wasn’t disclosed, is what made this stay incredibly difficult and stressful. Before arriving, I was told that due to rains, the road to the house was inaccessible. They arranged a boat to take us from the dock, which I initially found charming, until I realized the boat was our only way in and out, and the rains weren’t the issue at all. There is an ongoing dispute over land access, and the road is essentially cut off permanently. There is no way to access the home by car, something that should be clearly disclosed before booking. Upon arrival, we found a house that looked beautiful but wasn’t prepared for guests. It wasn’t clean, the air conditioners were off and the air smelled
