Serafina Villa es una mansión de estilo francés en el Valle Central de Costa Rica. La propiedad ha sido renovada, conservando el carácter y la historia originales de la casa. Fue la primera propiedad en una zona que anteriormente estaba rodeada únicamente de plantaciones de café.
Hoy, la villa ofrece un entorno cómodo y lujoso para que las familias disfruten juntas, con vistas espectaculares al campo de golf, las montañas y la vegetación nativa de Costa Rica.
El espacio
La propiedad abarca 5,000 metros cuadrados, incluidos sus jardines, y cuenta con seis habitaciones con capacidad para hasta 18 huéspedes.
Las áreas compartidas incluyen:
- Una cocina grande
- Un gazebo
- Una piscina
- Un bar con mesa de billar
Estas áreas comunes se comparten con los huéspedes que se alojan en la otra unidad de la propiedad, La Casita de Villa Serafina.
La villa es ideal para familias con adolescentes, ya que ofrece varios espacios independientes para descansar y entretenerse. El entorno es tranquilo y seguro, y se encuentra cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, centros comerciales y el aeropuerto, que está a 10 minutos.
Los balcones y la terraza tienen vista al campo de golf y ofrecen un lugar relajante para disfrutar del paisaje. Los huéspedes también pueden utilizar la piscina y el área de billar.
Acceso de los huéspedes
La reservación incluye las seis habitaciones de la mansión. Algunas áreas están reservadas exclusivamente para los huéspedes, mientras que otros espacios se comparten con los huéspedes que se alojan en la unidad independiente ubicada fuera de la casa principal.
Nuestro personal de seguridad y mantenimiento está disponible para recibir a los huéspedes y ofrecerles un recorrido por la propiedad. Permanece en el lugar para coordinar el mantenimiento y garantizar que la casa se conserve en buenas condiciones. Sus habitaciones están ubicadas dentro de la casa, pero generalmente se encuentran separadas de las áreas de los huéspedes, a menos que se solicite asistencia.

- La propiedad es exclusivamente para hospedaje y alojamiento. Se prohíbe cualquier otro uso.

- Si se supera la capacidad máxima, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $18 USD por persona. Esta tarifa cubre únicamente el acceso durante el día y el uso de la propiedad; no incluye alojamiento nocturno.

this is a very nice place for large groups and lots of kids, they will love it. it does need some upkeep, and the place needs open windows before guest arrive. depending on the person who keeps up the place is not so practical but it works. the pool is great, and beds are comfy. internet works, but house has many dead areas. overall good place but has some issues.

The area was nice and safe. The house appears nicer in pictures. It needs updating for the price. The outdoor landscape and fountains were run down. The living room furniture is threadbare, the dining room table was 2 folding tables, and the decor does not “represent” the mansion they are showing. The beds were comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have a groundskeeper (he was amazing) but it would have been easier to let ourselves in and out of the gate instead of waiting for someone. The coffee pot was broke and we received a new one immediately.

A beautiful place. The house offers the best amenities. The pool table room became the room where we spent the most time together. The pool is impeccable. The terrace overlooking the golf course is beautiful for breakfast or coffee in the afternoons. Don Leo takes care of the property at all times, so the security of the The house offers tremendous tranquility. I could say it's the best Airbnb place I've ever stayed at. Right now it's my top 1

The house/Villa is huge with lot of bed rooms and can accommodate lot of people.The main problem is that it is dated which is not seen in the images.. Lot of items need work, dish water was not working...No AC in main living room, kitchen, dining room which is a problem because that means getting together other than not sleeping is uncomfortable...There is a security guard on site 24/7 which is very good.. Overall we did enjoy the place and it is spacious..just that it is dated..... Ibwould give 4.5 if there is an option..I only saw 4

We had a good time. We thought the pool was going to be very cold, but it was actually perfect. We really enjoyed the pool very much, just as we wanted. It completely met our expectations for the stay!

The house was very lovely and spacious—perfectly suited for a group like ours. However, the master bathroom had issues with leaks; specifically, the fixtures were a bit tricky to shut off, resulting in water leakage. I think they need to be a bit more careful in this regard, as the plumbing appears to be in need of maintenance.
