Welcome to Little Dubai, a contemporary hillside retreat located within the Pacifico Gated Community in Playas del Coco. This four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It is thoughtfully designed to offer panoramic vistas, effortless elegance, and a tranquil tropical ambiance.

The villa features bright living areas framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing ocean views from nearly every room. The open-plan kitchen and dining space encourage shared meals, while the terrace—equipped with an infinity pool, shaded lounge, and BBQ—serves as the home's focal point. It’s an ideal spot to watch the sun set over the Pacific with a refreshing drink in hand.

Each bedroom is stylishly furnished for comfort:

• Two king-bed suites with ensuite bathrooms and ocean or terrace views
• One queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom

Guests of Little Dubai can access the exclusive Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person per day, with $25 credited toward food and beverage consumption. The club offers:
