we are 5 minutes away from Granada; place can be accessed by local buses or taxis; we have bikes at your disposition so you can move around at no additional cost, if needed we can arrange a taxi to pick you up with no additional cost, we have everything you need to make you feel at home. We have laundry machine, top stove, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen, air conditioner, high speed internet. Place is very quite and neighbors free. Feel free to reach me to plan your vacation

Obed's place is an excellent value and the location is safe & very close to Granada. The bed was comfly (but low to the ground). its Pet friendly & there's on-site parking. A/C worked but had a freon leak that couldn't be repaired immediately so they brought us 2 excellent floor fans that did the trick~ overall a good option/stay for the value✨️👍✨️

This is a great spot if you have a vehicle and want a quiet spot. We travel with a dog, so this was perfect for us as there was grass around and our dog could walk/run in the area. There is better furniture in the house than the photos show, which was pleasantly surprising. The cleanliness of the property is the thing that could be improved. The bathroom was dirty, I swept the floor when we arrived and picked up lots of dirt, there was no toilet paper or soap in the washroom, and the kitchen sponge/soap needed replacing (we brought our own thankfully). The surfaces were clean though, as was the bedding. For the price, this was still a great spot for us and we would stay again. Loved how easy check in was and there are some very sweet dogs on the property who keep to themselves but are a nice presence.

We had a great time in Obed‘s apartment. It was perfectly located for us between Granada and the Apoyo lagoon. Since we had a scooter it was easy to get around. Obed is a very good and always responsive host. Can totally recommend it! Gracias!

Superbe appartement dans un pueblo calme et joli à l’abri de la ville Obed est facilement joignable si besoin et les voisins sont très serviables ! A 10 min de granada, très facile de prendre un bus ou taxi pour y aller après avoir marché le petit chemin de terre en 5 min ! C’est parfait pour nous qui cherchions un endroit tranquille ! Mais tout de même pas loin de la ville !

this is perfect for my type of travel. i rent a car so it was a perfect hideaway spot. thelocals are all very nice. its very spacious . the ac works ok because its direcrly on top of the bed so you can sleep well. the washing maching and stove are good also. water presure is great. if you like 5 star restaurants and hotels this is not that. but if your into modest living and dont mind renting a car. this place is perfecr. safe. and i felt i could have stayed for a month no problems. i hope this gems lasts at this price so more average people can enjoy. thanks obed. and thanks to the local dogs that are very loving. they gretted me every morning and watched over the property at night when i arrived.

Nice spacious place, g00gle maps not accurate locating place, had to ask neighbor for help. 10mins from Grenada! Everything worked in the stay for the price hard to beat!
