Beautiful and new! Everything was exceptionally clean! This is a great place to arrive and depart from. Easily walkable to all local restaurants and activities. There are earplugs for the traffic outside and the view across the street isn’t great but you can shut them curtains and door and get a proper nights rest, Air conditioning is excellent as well as water pressure.

This is a beautiful and spacious studio. Much better than what the pictures show. And you have everything you need in the apt. Marcos was very responsive from the beginning and extremely flexible with check in and check out dates. It's in the center so everything is pretty much around the corner, lots of restaurants and bars options, lots of shops, and Walmart for your groceries is just 15 mins walking distance. On the opposite direction there's a cute little park/plaza, just a couple of blocks away, that's super quiet and clean, to just sit with a book or enjoy a light meal outdoors. A little beach area that is swimmable is just 12 mins walking distance. Overall it was a great stay and I recommend it. And like other guests mentioned, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap. And it may be a little noisy during the day, but it's understandable since you're in the center.

The place was better than the pictures. Very clean, great location, walkable to just about everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was fairly comfy and there was a huge patio area on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!
