The Space
Since 2005, Arena Blanca has welcomed guests to its prime location on Calle 38. This beautiful penthouse villa offers impressive features such as thirteen-foot ceilings, marble floors, handmade cabinets, and a natural stone wall large enough to climb. The rooftop terrace includes a plunge pool jacuzzi and a lounge area.
A new addition is a stunning third bedroom on the private rooftop terrace, available as an optional extra. Please note that due to severe family allergies, pets are not allowed.
Not all penthouses are located "on" the beach, but Arena Blanca’s penthouse is the finest off-beach option in Playa del Carmen. Choosing the right condo online can be challenging, but you will be pleased with the quality and beauty of Arena Blanca.

Guests staying multiple weeks or monthly are responsible for their electricity usage to encourage resource conservation. A $200 deposit is required at booking through a special offer.
The property manager will document the electric meter readings and take photographs at check-in and checkout. Any unused deposit credit will be promptly refunded.

Judith’s penthouse was everything we imagined and more! Situated on the most beautiful tree lined street in PDC, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent so much time on the balcony, meditating on the roof, dipping in the private dunk pool at sunset. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

The unit is exactly as described. It was very well taken care of and very clean. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to be able to stay here again. It is located in a great spot. It is a block away from a nice grocery store as well as a block away from nice restaurants and the Main Street where all the excitement is at. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. We have stayed at other Airbnb’s that have felt like hotel rooms but this penthouse makes you feel at home.

Judith's place is beautiful - the photos don't do it justice. I especially loved doing yoga on the rooftop terrace. The location is great with lots of amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Really loved our stay at this place - well located next to Quinta Avenida and super short walk to the beach (public) but still a quiet corner in the complex. The rooftop terrace is massive and we spent a lot of time there watching sunsets. Place was clean, check in process was super painless and detailed - would come back here for sure - we could not have been happier.

This is a lovely place at a great location in Playa del Carmen. Communication is smooth both with Judy and Juan. The rooftop is very nice for relaxing and having some drinks. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in Playa.

Stayed at Judy’s place for a girls trip and everything was even better than we imagined. The space is huge and has everything you could need, they even had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards to use. Inside the house was immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace was an actual dream, 3 days was definitely not long enough to get to enjoy the space to its full potential! We would 100% stay here again..for a much longer time! Also, the penthouse was just a couple blocks from the beach which was a super easy walk. Judy also had plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat which was very helpful!
