Hacienda San Carlos Borromeo

A great place with lots of amenities for spending time with the family. And the house is fantastic. Its architecture is amazing.

The house is much prettier in person. The rooms are spacious and each one has its own bathroom. The kitchen is super nice and the garden with the pool is very pleasant!!!

The house is excellent for large families. It has a very well thought-out layout that allows everyone to have their own space and privacy, without sacrificing the common areas for socializing. The terrace is one of its main attractions: it is perfectly located overlooking the garden and the pool, and it is also connected to the kitchen, which makes it ideal for enjoying all day. The pool has a perfect temperature for relaxing and making the most of your stay. Overall, the experience was 10/10. A highly recommended place to relax, enjoy with family, and spend a few days resting.

Very good accommodation, spacious house with a large kitchen, parking, pool and garden. I recommend hiring Ms. Julieta to help with the cleaning. She has a very good attitude and is very cooperative. We would definitely return to the accommodation!! We had a very comfortable time.

The house is very nice and clean. It has the necessary utensils for cooking. If you rent the water heater, the water is very hot. We had a problem with the electricity, but they immediately helped us fix it. In general, the house is ideal for resting. There is a very well-stocked store two blocks away, and the road is close by in case you want to go to a restaurant to eat.

Overall, it was a very good stay, and I highly recommend it. We had a couple of issues with the hot water and the water pressure, but I can't complain, as Gaby and her dad were always attentive to every situation, and everything was resolved quickly and satisfactorily!! They were always available and helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, just as shown in the photos. All the furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. I would definitely highly recommend this place. We requested the extra kitchen service; Ms. Julieta provided excellent service, cooked for us, and kept the kitchen clean. I really recommend getting this extra service. We hope to come back soon; we were definitely very happy with this stay :)

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, incredibly spacious, and the pool was always at a wonderful temperature. They have air conditioning, which is a plus in every room. They have everything you need, so you don't have to leave the house. There's a small mini-market one block away. Communication with Gabriela was super fast and friendly. We had a small issue with the hot water in the bathrooms, and they resolved it right away. It's definitely a place we'd come back to!

We were all very comfortable; we enjoyed the house in general, especially the pool. Great stay. We would love to come back again...
