Location
Nosara Blue is situated in the heart of Playa Pelada, just a short walk from the beach. Here, you can spend your days surfing, sunbathing, and relaxing on the soft sand. The area offers numerous shops where you can purchase groceries for home cooking and barbecues, accompanied by a refreshing cold drink. Alternatively, enjoy a night out at one of the local restaurants for dining and entertainment.
The Space
Our property is located on the main strip between Hotel El Ramal and El Chivo, making it an ideal spot for families with children or groups of friends seeking a getaway. The estate features two separate homes, which can be booked together for larger gatherings such as family reunions, holiday vacations, or corporate team-building events.
Each home has a two-story design with elegant teak ceilings, LED recessed lighting, polished cement floors and walls, granite countertops, and a mosaic-tiled swimming pool with a waterfall. The pool is shared between the two residences.
We are happy to assist in arranging activities such as sunset beach horseback rides, ATV tours, fishing trips, private chef services, cooking classes, and more. Please inquire when booking. Monthly rates are also available upon request.
Additional Information
- There are five dogs living on the property. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, this location may not be suitable for you.
- Nearby construction is currently underway.
- Power outages are common throughout Costa Rica, which may result in brief interruptions to electricity, Wi-Fi, or water and hot water supply. If reliable internet is crucial and outages are a concern, we recommend purchasing a Solis international hotspot.

The location, security and 7 minute walk to the beach were highlights. The host was super responsive- thank you! We also enjoyed a complimentary yoga class onsite! The A/C in each bedroom and the living room was a blessing, but the bedrooms are small.

Great stay, location next to a great coffee/cafe shop and near the market! Easy walk to guiones if you take the beach route, would stay again!

We had a great stay at Nosara Blue! Alfredo, Pedro and Ksenia were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The place had everything we needed and the pool was perfect to stay cool during the heat of the afternoon.

I loved my stay here so much, I will be back! The hosts were incredible, very flexible with check in. Alfredo was sweet, gave us his number in case we needed anything during our stay. The care takers of the property were also amazing! We loved the house and how close it was to restaurants/the beach. But the absolute best part, was the dogs! What awesome little greeters they are, so friendly and sweet! They would routinely come get pets and lay down by us when we were sitting by the pool. 100% recommend to others.

They hosted our family of 5. It was just amazing! So close to the beach and restaurants/coffee. The dogs on the property were so sweet and my kids loved playing with them. We’d stay there again in a heart beat. Thank you, Alfredo and staff.. you all made us feel welcome and the trip more special.
