A fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo for 4 in central Tamarindo, with a shared pool and howler monkeys in the backyard. Walk five minutes to the beach, restaurants, shops, and more.
The Space
This fully equipped condo offers a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. It shares a peaceful pool area with only five other units, creating a relaxing oasis. The natural surroundings add to the charm, with howler monkeys frequently spotted in the backyard, providing a unique Costa Rican touch.
The beach is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy sunny days by the ocean without any hassle.
Location
Centrally situated, this condo is perfect for guests looking for a prime spot in Costa Rica. Step outside and find a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, ATMs, banks, bars, and shopping venues nearby. This convenient setting means you won’t need to rent a car during your stay.
Other Things to Note
Currently, the Guanacaste area is experiencing a significant drought accompanied by numerous wildfires in the surrounding regions. Water shortages are likely during this period. While all properties have reserve water tanks, they depend on the city to maintain the supply and keep these tanks filled. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit between March and September 2024.

Beautiful space with a prime location. The space was more the accommodating for 3 women, it was spacious, clean, and aesthetically appealing. It’s walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Andrea was very kind and attentive and responded within minutes every time we messaged her! Overall, a great stay and we will be back.

Andrea was super flexible, early check-in at 11 after our 6:30 am flight and late checkout until 2, which meant everything with a toddler. Great location, walking distance to all of Tamarindo. Downsides: slow responses (TV, shower, and WiFi issues, and even a simple pool question took a while) and a heavy checkout cleaning list that made us worry about being charged. Nice hosts, great spot, just know what to expect.

It was very comfortable to stay and convenient to access to both of downtown and beaches, especially I could walk to beaches for surfing. And also, Andrea is good communication and so kind.
