Our family and I came to CDMX to visit family and explore the city. I knew I wanted to stay in Roma and it was hard to find a single level property that accommodated a large group. This property was not only on a single level with an elevator from the ground floor straight to your unit. It also had a security guard which made you feel extra safe. The decor was beautiful with plants throughout which made it feel very happy and alive. The balcony was large and wonderful to enjoy coffee in the morning. The little details with the candies and always being responsive when we had a question was very much appreciated. The area surrounding the property itself is one of the best areas in the city. So many parks within walking distance. It was very easy to request an Uber downstairs to take us anywhere we need to go. The rooms were comfortable and the showers were great. It was also very easy and comfortable to cook in the kitchen. 10/10

Fernanda’s place was very beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home from moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This place made our trip incredibly easy. It was spotless when we checked in, felt comfortable from the start, and had a polished, upscale look without sacrificing practicality. We especially appreciated how convenient the location was, we could walk to great restaurants, parks, shops, and local attractions, which meant we spent more time enjoying the city and less time planning. We'd definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. They thought of everything- from the bedroom configurations, dedicated office space, large dining table for the entire group, washer/dryer, and refreshing drinks in the fridge. Great location and responsive host! Thank you for a great stay.

The place matched the pictures. Very centrally located, close to awesome bars and restaurants. Amazing Airbnb, very clean and spacious. Fernanda and the whole team were attentive to any questions 24/7. Highly recommend!

The space is mostly as described. I wanted to give this stay a 5 stars however could not due the following: Our power went out during our stay. The host was very responsive however it did take a bit for the power to come back on. Host was responsive throughout the day but failed to confirm when power came back on, I had to reach out to confirm. Walls are thin. I slept in the single king bed room and was able to hear the neighbors from upstairs and side building very clearly at night. This one is small, but makes a difference if you are staying with a larger group, the couch was not comfortable for lounging. The pieces do not connect so it is constantly pulling apart making it impossible for multiple people to get comfortable. The good: great security, location is very central, mostly quiet block, new and very clean, very responsive host, amount of space for large group, amenities
