120 days notice suggested. Villa La Valencia is midway between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is a two bedroom suites (1776 sq-ft) with three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living area with a sofa, and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and its own bathroom Bedroom 2 features two queen-size bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, twin vanity, and a soaking tub. The way the resort is U-shaped, all rooms have ocean views/pool views. The space This space is appropriate for 6 adults. The Main Bedroom accommodates 2 adults with a King Bed. There are two Queen Beds in the second bedroom. There is an available a sofa bed in the Living Room that is appropriate for another adult or 2 children under 12. Other things to note Pets NOT ALLOWED unless it is an ESA animal and there are restrictions. Please read our pet policy in the House Rules. Because these units are 5-star very upscale properties, they are in high demand. Therefore to secure their availability, it is recommended to seek reservations 60 days in advance. This is for the space only and requires a three-day minimum. After you complete your reservation you can elect to choose a "Full Inclusive Option" for additional fees paid directly to the resort. You can also contact the resort for transportation to and from the airport for additional charges.
