Frank was more than helpful with the pre-booking and check-in process. He answered tons of questions, and each answer was spot on. The resort was 5* and our room was very nice. Everything was as advertised and again Frank made it really easy for us traveling to another country.

Had an amazing stay at Franks place. I’ve stayed at Villa La Valencia before I was wanting to stay again. The place was spacious and immaculate. Check in was easy and it’s such an amazing resort. Frank was quick to respond to the booking.
