It has an excellent location in the very center, it is located on a street where you find everything, walking to very nice places, the port, Getsemaní, everything, the house is very large and the host is very attentive and the lady of leydis is very friendly and left everything very clean, highly recommended price place and everything

The place has many rooms, good air conditioning in them, an excellent location and attention from Laydis who does the daily cleaning of the house. They were also very flexible with check-in and check-out. What you do have to consider is that there is nothing acceptable in the kitchen. All the dishes are broken, there are few glasses, cutlery is missing, knives are broken, and all different and you definitely can't cook in broken and extremely old pots. It needs maintenance and investment (which could be done with the daily rate charged). It is unacceptable that it is so poorly equipped. This makes the stay unpleasant and you don't feel at home. Also consider that there is no enclosed place with a/c to gather the people of the house, the only common spaces are open (living/dining room, kitchen and attic) so if it rained everything would get wet and you could not be anywhere but in the bedrooms.

Came to Cartagena for my 30th birthday with friends and family! There were 11 of us, and the home fit everyone very comfortably. Everything was exactly as pictured, and we truly loved the authentic Colombian feel of the space. The location was perfect — right in the bustle of the city — and the empanadas just a 3-minute walk away were amazing! Angelika was very responsive and helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!

It was a super pleasant stay, it is located in an area that depends on whether you can go out to change and find any service from ATMs, pharmacy stores, bars and lots of activity to entertain you. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the clock tower, which is the entrance to the walled city The house has an excellent layout, all the rooms have a clean and comfortable bathroom, all the rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is quite functional and becomes a reception area where you can have breakfast or spend some time. We loved the Jacuzzi area, you can spend a very pleasant afternoon or evening, it has heating and hydro massage. Overall we had a great time, Angelika gave us many recommendations and the cleaning people were very friendly!! Thank you so much for making our stay in Cartagena a very good experience!!

Very lovely spot in the heart of Cartagena, the AC in each room was so helpful, was able to get very cold and then go out and enjoy the hot sunny days. Very friendly and amenable staff too—highly recommend. We were a party of 7 and we felt spread out enough. Was perfect

Price was fair. AC didn’t work for the first night she took care of it right away. Cleaning service there daily. Bathrooms a little tight. Noisy block at night. No security at night. Would be nice to reinforce front door better. 3 black screws is what holds it together.
