The Space
Experience a harmonious blend of contemporary style and natural surroundings as you enter the villa’s ocean-facing rooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and features panoramic sliding glass doors that showcase breathtaking views of world-class surf breaks at Playa Carmen extending down to Mal Pais.
Every bedroom opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the waves and listening to the jungle sounds. The beds are outfitted with plush, high-quality linens to ensure a peaceful night’s rest accompanied by the soothing ocean ambiance.

Important Notes
This villa is located in the jungle, so encounters with insects, wildlife, and other jungle creatures are to be expected. It is not possible to keep bugs or geckos out entirely. If you are uncomfortable with insects, please reconsider booking this property or visiting the area.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire home throughout their stay. The garage and laundry room are off-limits; laundry services are available through the housekeeper at $10 per load.
Additional Information
- A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is required to reach the villa due to the very steep access road and is recommended for convenient travel around the area.
- The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away, but be aware that the return walk involves a steep incline.
- Any parties, gatherings, or events must be approved by the host in advance.
- The villa is situated on a mountain, so young children, especially those under 10 years old, must be supervised at all times by their guardians.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist wunderschön, äußerst sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – alles, was man sich wünschen kann, ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Megan und Siggi war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an bestens betreut. Ein absolutes Highlight sind der Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht – einfach gigantisch! Besser hätte es wirklich nicht sein können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa, qui est encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. La maison est magnifique, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Siggi, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires dès notre arrivée. Pendant tout le séjour, la communication a été très facile : nous pouvions les contacter rapidement et ils ont toujours été très réactifs et proactifs. La femme de ménage passe tous les deux jours, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La localisation est excellente. Comme indiqué dans l’annonce, un 4x4 ou un quad est nécessaire pour accéder à la villa, mais elle reste à distance raisonnable de la ville. Il est même possible d’y aller à pied (bonne condition physique recommandée à cause de la pente). Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

We’ve stayed in Santa for 4 years in a row and this has been our absolute favorite property. The location is prime, the water is drinkable and the view is breathtaking! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the host either. Will come back 10/10 ❤️

Absolutely stunning home! The view is WAY better than the pictures show and the house is as great in person as it was on pictures. Communication from the hosts was perfect. The house was spotless, the pool was nice and clean, the beds extremely comfy, the bathrooms perfect, yoga mats and kettle bells, beautiful fruit basket on arrival, fridge with ice and filtered water. Even with 4 people, you each have your quarters on entirely ends of the house, each have a balcony from the bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom is on it's own in the center of the other 2 but still with an ocean view and amazing for a 3rd bedroom. Will look to rent again on return to Santa Teresa!

I planned my trip to Santa Teresa for months, going over every detail to make sure it was going to be perfect for my family and I. This Villa is stunning. Every room spotless. The views are unlike any I’ve ever seen. The location is sick, just a couple minutes to everything. The staff were excellent as well as Siggi, the co-host. Anything we needed they were on it immediately. 10\10.

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful homes we have ever vacationed in! The house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. So beautiful in fact there were days we never left the property. Megan is an amazing host and Siggi greeted us to welcome us on our first day and show us around the home. Everyone was incredibly responsive and answered questioned quickly, helped us with dinner suggestions and all we asked and needed. I would come back next year and only want to stay in Megans home! Thank you Megan and Siggi for making our vacation a dream!

When you're planning a vacation to CR, this is the way to do it. Have an authentic experience in style and treat yourself ( don't cheat yourself ). Megan has created the most incredible escape to reality, and we all had an unforgettable time. Very professional and accommodating to all your home away from home needs as well as make any excursion plans feel part of the whole package ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Spectacular villa! Very modern with stunning views of the ocean. A plunge-depth infinity pool was a great place to relax with drinks in the evening and watch the sunset! Megan was very responsive and meeting Siggi was a treat. She gave a nice introductory tour of the Villa and made some terrific recommendations for “frequented by locals” restaurants. Megan and Siggi exceeded our expectations by arranging massages for us at the Villa after a rigorous day of beachcombing. A 10 out of 10 experience.
