The space The house features 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious indoor and outdoor areas.
The garden is one of the highlights of the property, with mature trees, green spaces and plenty of room for children to play while adults relax.
The private pool is heated using solar panels with a backup boiler system. You will also find a terrace, hammock, grill and several outdoor areas to enjoy throughout the day.
The property accommodates up to 11 guests and includes on-site parking.
Its location combines the peaceful atmosphere of a country home with the convenience of being within walking distance of downtown Malinalco.
Guest access During your stay, the house and outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of your group. You will have access to the bedrooms, common areas, kitchen, garden, pool, terrace, grill and parking area.
No spaces are shared with other guests.
Other things to note The pool is heated through solar panels with a backup boiler system. Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
Pets are welcome.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, parties and events are not allowed, and we ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Security cameras are located only in certain outdoor and common areas of the property. There are no cameras inside bedrooms or private spaces.

The place is just as it is in the photos. The pool is always at a perfect temperature, and Juanita took care of us wonderfully.

We had a spectacular few days. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. They clean the pool daily, and everything is in excellent condition. The kitchen is superbly equipped, and the best part of all is Juanita's service; she also cooks delicious food. Marcia was always helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back!

The photos don't do the house justice; it's amazing. Mrs. Juana, who was in charge of cleaning the house, is very polite, helpful, and attentive; she was always available to assist us. Everything was perfect.

We liked the house very much, everything was very clean and beautiful. We had a great time and were very happy. The pool does heat up really well and you can enjoy it. Everything is very comfortable for a nice weekend.
